My first guide... Kind feedback helps.

This build grants the ability to quickly burst down the enemy ADC then have nice sustain through out the rest of a team fight. Wukong generally is good at this but items like Black Cleaver allow you to make good use of the base damage on Crushing Blow and Nimbus Strike and still build tanky. This makes him a very scary 1v1 and Dominate a team fight.

>Needs to be a bit tanky to make best use of ulti

Start with Boots and three Health Potions most if the time, but you may use Long Sword and two Health Potion. Then work on The Brutalizer, Vamperic Scepter, and a Phage. When you need to at any time wile you are building these items finish Mercury's Treads or Ninja Tabi based on your needs.

Once early game is finishing and you are ready to get core items finish Blade of the Ruined King, Black Cleaver, then Frozen Mallet. If you feel its needed to or have a different play style, then you can edit the order. This is the order best suited for me.

Now I want to talk about the core items and why I pick them.
Black Cleaver...
This one is a no brainer. CDR is fantastic on Wukong, and the armor pen works well with his ulti. It is the best item for Wukong.
Frozen Mallet...
Besides his Ulti Wukong lacks cc and having all that Health is nice. Its a very solid item on him and I never really plan on removing it from my build.
Blade of the Ruined King...
Right now this item is very over powered, it gives life steal for sustain, and a passive granting bonus damage equal to 5% of the targets max Hp. The passive Wrecks enemy tanks when you have The Black Cleaver. If you dont feel Blade of the Ruined King is necessary you can get a Ravenous Hydra instead, but I recommend geting it after Black Cleaver and Frozen Mallet.

Get items based on you needs, if you need magic resist get a Maw of Malmortius, if you need armor get a Atma's Impaler. Do what you think is best.

End Game is whatever you find necessary, so I will give some tips for Team Fights, pushing, etc.

Team Fights
In a team fight I like to use Warrior Trickster to sneak into the side of the enemy team, then Nimbus Strike/ Crushing Blow combo to assassinate the ADC. (I call that the Wombo Combo) If the ADC is still alive but use Cyclone, throwing the enemy team into the air and allowing your team to easily gain an upper hand. Like most strategies it can fail from time to time and if the ADC escapes with Flash you can... Flash after them wile still in Cyclone.

Pushing

To take towers down fast use Crushing Blow to speed up the process and Nimbus Strike enemy minions for the attack speed increase. You can use Warrior Trickster to farm, but this could leave you venerable if enemies begin to show up.
