With Yasuo always max your r then your your e then your q then your w.

Items

First item always get Phantom Dancer ALWAYS. Then get Infinity Edge always. Then it depends on your enemy team comp. If they have a lot of ap champs make sure to get maw and qss and mr. If they have 3 ad champs and 2 ap go normal build.

Farming

With Yasuo you have to farm. If you don't farm you will have a bad game. For Yasuo farming is critical for his performance. Make sure you try to get every farm that you can.

Team Work

If you have a teammate that has knock up abilities make sure you communicate with him so that you can ult when he knocks up. Yasuo goes well with Alistar, Janna, Malphite, Braum, Cho'Gath etc.
