Welcome to summoner's rift !
Ok. First lets talk about Yasuo in general. Many people think Yasuo is very strong , and they are right . His ultimate is perfect for teamfights when you have someone like wukong or malphite to initiate for you . Many build Yasuo full AD and thasts where they are wrong. Yasuo is mainly A FIGHTER. They usually die before killing anyone and thats why they loose .Not to worry , this guide will teach you how to become a legendary unkillable beast !
Must have
Flash , good escapes you can catch anyone with it.ALLWAYS take flash
Ignite , offesive spell . 90% of the time you will use it . Use it to reduce healing of enemies and/or to kill running foes
Situational
Clease , if the enemy has alot of CC (ex Braum malphite brand caitlyn amumu )
Teleport . Kayle mid ? no problem , go top and take teleport with you . Other hard midders like Karthus ? take teleport on mid
Heal . Same as teleport , the difference is that you should use this on mid only
Way of the Wanderer
INTENT: Yasuo's critical strike chance is doubled, but the damage dealt by his critical strikes is reduced by 10% (25% on Steel Tempest).
RESOLVE: At maximum Flow, the next instance of damage coming from a champion or monster against Yasuo will first convert his Flow into an absorption shield. After 1.5 seconds, if not already depleted, the shield dissipates and Yasuo loses all his Flow.
Steel Tempest
FIRST ACTIVE: Yasuo thrusts his sword forward, dealing physical damage to all enemies in a 475-unit line.
Gathering Storm
SECOND ACTIVE: Same as the first active.
Empowered Steel Tempest
THIRD ACTIVE: Yasuo brandishes his sword, dealing physical damage and knocking up all enemies in a 475-unit line and unleashing a whirlwind that tears forward an additional 425-units (total 900 range), dealing the same physical damage and knocking airborne all enemies hit. This active resets the chain.
Each cast can critically strike and on-hit effects will apply to the first enemy hit (excluding the third cast's whirlwind). Additionally, each cast can be used during Sweeping Blade to change the area of effect to a 375-radius circle around Yasuo. The cooldown and cast time of Steel Tempest is reduced by 1% for every 1.72% of Yasuo's bonus attack speed.
Wind Wall
PASSIVE: Yasuo generates a percentage of his maximum Flow whenever he uses Sweeping Blade in addition to the amount that is generated for the distance moved.
ACTIVE: Yasuo creates a gust of wind that travels forward to form a wall 400 units away from himself. The wall slowly drifts forward over 3.75 seconds, blocking all enemy projectiles with the exception of tower hits.
Sweeping Blade
ACTIVE: Yasuo dashes 475-units in the direction of the target enemy, dealing magic damage and marking them briefly. The speed of the dash scales with Yasuo's bonus movement speed.
Each cast increases the next dash's base damage by 25% for 5 seconds, up to 50% bonus damage.
Yasuo cannot use Sweeping Blade on an enemy that's already been marked.
LAST BREATH
-ULTIMATE!ATTENTION!-
ACTIVE: Yasuo blinks to the nearest visible Airborne enemy champion to the cursor, instantly generating maximum Flow. Upon arriving, he suspends all airborne units within a 400-radius of his target in the air for 1 second while dealing physical damage to all of them.
Once he lands, Yasuo gains 50% penetration to bonus armor for 15 seconds (this affects armor from items, buffs, runes and masteries). Casting Last Breath will reset the chain on Steel Tempest.
Start with DBlade/Dshield depending on the enemy(see notes) and one potion . Get to lane and start farming . There are three main cases when farming :
CASE1:NORMALPosition yourself behind melee minions. Last hit enemy minions with Q and E . Null enemy champion's damage with your Windwall if necesarry.
Allways throw tornados and charged Sweeping Blade at your lane adversary. This is a happy case
CASE2:PUSHINGFarm like in case but stick with the caster minions or behind a melee/tank if avaible .
Should you think you might get ganked , see GANK ROUTES
CASE3:PUSHED/DEFENDINGAt this point you're losing your lane , you got ganked by the enemy , you got killed , etc.
You want to use the Windwall as shown in the Pic to block the caster minions and anyother projectiles that might hurt you or your tower. Keep farming with Basic Attack E , Q
Getting frist blood and beign bully
You need to be a bully , poke with Q , charge E and then go in . After clearing (2 minions left ex ) a minion wave
go all out in the enemy champ :
1.Some will retreat : bully them with autoattacks and Q till you get in tower range . From here get back to farming OR keep bullying , ignite and ...2.Some will keep fighitng you .Most of them will be AD champs like Zed or Talon . You will beat talon , and zed too ( if he has cd on his combo ) even with his passive.
If see yourself just farming and poking go back , buy avarice blade , get in lane and keep farming , sometimes harass with Tornados but no more . This will give you a big amount of coins since you got avarice's passive . Now , ask for a gank OR wait
for level six and go all in . By level six you should have any source of critical damage
