Very OP if played right. Gank at lvl 4. Get 1500 back to base, blue buff, lvl 6, gank again. Always jumping over walls and out of bushes. Rush zonyas and always jungle in between ganks. S+ games consistently with most gold. Fids can just destroy any teamfight!

So the old fiddle is pretty much ruined now, but a new kind of fiddle still remains. Fear and silence-bot. Get early CDR and abuse your point-click silence and fear. It's the only way to make fiddle strong at this point and time. Ever since Zhonya's' price went up about 600 G it's been pretty much impossible to use your ult - most of your damage - successfully without dying before it's over. Taking the CDR route will boost your CC, but lower damage, which isn't that big of a deal considering that damage just doesn't work for him any longer. Your job with this build is basically use your ult to get close to the ADC or APC and just CC their face in. You can't just all in with this since you can't really get away with buying zhonya's anymore. The sad part is is that the jungle is the only place fiddle can work in as his last hitting is atrocious and he has 0 wave clear. The only was to make him strong is for him to be able to abuse items he can get from jungling, but since junglers tend to get 2nd to last on the gold income side, it just doesn't work out for a mage with all of those expensive ap items.

Im loving him. Drain is nice for survivability and a well-timed 'storm/terrify' feels as good as it looks.

I just met a Fiddle player today who didn't use his ultimate in teamfights in an ARAM game...

Fiddlesticks is unstoppable if you have a partner who can use stun with you. Had Annie with me and the whole enemy team was raging at us for stunning and draining them and not to mention crowstorming :)

Terrify+Drain = certain death or QQ back to base. Combo with Flash, and your enemy won't even know what's happening before his screen turns grey.

complete imbalanced right now

silence all - fear carry - drain to sustain - devastate with aoe damage

in combination with kennen ulti - foolproof (and lame)

I use Crowstorm rather sparingly, but very effectively.
I must say though that a well-timed Drain has given me countless kills early game. Assuming the enemy is very stupid and stands in your range fighting you or can't get out of range quick enough (i.e. closer to your turret than their's) it is quite devastating since you are healed for more than enough while dealing great damage. XD
