He means "Copy Image Location".
Then right click in the text field and hit paste.
You should get something looking like this:

Then you add [img] and [/img] to the beginning and end.

According to the first post Mobafire supports both .png images and images in url tags, and yet I currently have one that's not working. I have nearly the same thing in a randomize tag and it works fine, but when I took it out of the randomize tag it doesn't work...help? :o
