Wasn't that just a one time thing? If not, it should be a one time thing cause isn't very fair in my opinion.

It's about improving based on feedback. Say for example, Timmy submits a signature that is good, but could be better just by lowering the opacity of a fractal, or moving the text to the left. It's better for participants to feel as if they're improving.
I am willing to accept slight edits to a signature based on feedback. But I am not accepting completely different sig entries.
I do agree with MissMaw, in the sense that it could be unfair for participants who get feedback but don't have the chance to change their entry.
So, bottom line is, submit your signature, and edit it based on feedback if you want.
