@Bryun:
1. Just saying she would get more spellvamp if she got a doran's blade early on.
2.
Exhaust slows them down as well, making it harder to escape. They also do less damage if they turn trying to fight.

In my eyes there is only justice

1. I don't see why you would do that though if you had both passives o.o
(Unless you're so far behind).
2. It's just all a matter of preference. I like

If you want to play it save I would suggest:
Greater Quintessence of Vigorx3

With 9/21/0
Starting with

For a balanced setup go for:
Greater Quintessence of Vigorx3

10/20/0
Starting with

It provides 10AD, 10AP, 8.55 and 15% magic pen, 148HP, 8.1hp/5sec regen, 3% lifesteal, 6 armor, 4 magic resist, around 9% dodge, and 3% cooldown reduction.
When you don't like Ignite and want to take exhaust I suggest
Greater Quintessence of Vigorx1

9/21/0
With

When you are an aggressive player (highly recommended for Akali) go for

21/9/0
Starting with Amplyfying Tome it provides 10AD, 20AP, 8.55 and 15% magic pen, 6 armor, 2 magic resist, around 9% dodge, and 8% cooldown reduction.
Advantage: You don't waste money on

I think Exhaust>Ignite on Akali. Till level 6 you seriously lack chasing methods. Past level 6 it's great to do more damage (improved Exhaust) and in Teamfight it renders the AD-Carry somewhat useless
If I could help you +rep me ;)

Look at my guide, I use different runes and masteries but I still activate both passives when I spawn.
I just think you shouldn't waste an item trying to activate your passives early, when I can just start building into something early. (Granted

And again. Summoner Spells are just a preference.

Yes, and there is the problem. It's YOUR guide. YOU use differend runes/masteries.
Of course you can use all sorts of different runes/masteries and starting Items. Hell you can even start with

I just wanted to clarify that each start up fits another playstyle. There's is not only ONE way to play a champion. Some like to hide in the bush and wait for oppurtunities. Other's bait the enemy. Other's like to make the enemy overconfident. And others like to go roaming. EVERY Champ has different playstyles.
I just think it is REALLY important on Akali, as she's the only Champion whose TWO passives define her, regardless of ap/hybrid/ad.

@Rudmed, D: I missed the Jungling section because it was a part of the Farming section (which is fine). I just thought it'd be more in-depth, as most tanks are always in the jungle.

Yes it is my guide, BUT I was just stating that there are ways other then starting with items to activate both passives at once.
You don't need to take the same runes and masteries, for all I care you can use whatever you want.
You don't need to tell me that champions play in a different way, I'm pretty sure not everyone plays the same.
At least we agree on one thing.
She needs her passives.
I'm really happy that I am now longer the only one providing feedback, and it's fantastic that the people I've reviewed in this thread have turned around and voted and commented on each other's guides :)
Comments on my own guides would be lovely too :P <3 Keep the requests coming! ^^

As a fellow Akali player I'm just gonna point a few things out.
1. No early doran blade for even more spell vamp/lifesteal?
2. Ignite for the squishes that try to run away? Akali is one of the best pursuers in the game. There should be no running away, they should be dead. Maybe grab an exhaust for the 1v1 encounters? I know ignite add extra damage, and I'm not sure if the 10 ap is worth the mastery point.
3. In your skills section there is probaly no need to list
4. Rageblade does not gain stacks only off auto-attacks, but abilities as well. So your entire burst adds stacks to the rageblade.
5. No early
6. You don't mention champions who might be able to see your through twlight shroud. For example
1.
2.
