O.o Atm, if I'm first-pick I'll just ADC or pick a support for someone and trade with them later on when I know who's their mid and top, and who I'll have the best chances in lane against. Whereas if I'm 4th pick, my 1st and 2nd picks almost always pick mid and top, not caring that they'll get countered. And if I try to organize a trade with a premade, someone on the top picks will almost always mess it up because everyone on our team is crap except for him, and the only chance for us to win is if he screws up our trade, goes mid and carries us, but if instead he has to support, we're all going to feed to no end and he'll be powerless to stop it. Nasus in ranked 8D Whilst I did not own my lane, I equalled Tryndamere in pretty much everything I did. By the end, as per normal Nasus, I could half-shot the ADC/APC/Support with one Q. This game, because of the AP Tryn, I rushed a Spirit Visage and it was the best decision ever. It meant I could Q farm under tower, though I did constantly run out of mana. My one death was to Tryndamere diving me when he hit 6, but I juked around my tower with Exhaust, Ghost and Wither, so even despite Undying Rage, he died to a late Shaco gank - I still got an assist. By the time I finished Iceborn Gauntlet, I solo'd their APC, Support and Jungler by myself with my team pinging for me to retreat, see that I was winning, come and mop up with me still alive. Good times. This time I duo'd with Patches' bro, Butlee. My headset broke this morning (the foam stuff is tearing off ewww), so we had no communication bot lane beyond pings etc, which was a slight detriment, but not really. Butlee and I used to duo in Season Two, so we are kinda used to each other's playstyle. I haven't played many games with Thresh, however, so I can imagine how frustrated he was when I didn't Lantern hop for him 8D We had a huge winning lead at the beginning, even despite Leona catching me at one point and the two of them bursting me to nothing. Twitch was just too squishy and I bought a lot of life steal to sustain, as I had no passive support sustain. Garen was absolutely rolling top lane, and my only problem was Master Yi, who'd stick to me like a bad smell. Luckily he was AD Yi (lolwut), so I was just able to withstand his pretty pitiful damage. In one push after their failed baron, we took middle turret #2, #3, inhibitor, and I destroyed, single-handedly, the two nexus turrets before I died. During this time, Twitch managed to get top tower, top inhib and one nexus turret. I thought it was GG, that they'd push to win. Not so, they went back to baron and took that. So we cooled our heels in base, waiting for their baron to wear off, before finding them near our red buff (due to Butlee's awesome pink ward coverage), killing four of them and finishing the game just before they all respawned. I mean, he got the Zephyr for Tenacity, but... enemy Graves did almost 10 000 more damage than he did. Anyway. Warwick gave FB to Cho when Jarvan ganked. Almost immediately after, we killed Sona bot lane. So that was annoying. We literally held bot lane to ourselves, we were doing sweet. Then for some reason, Hec and Diana died mid, so they all came bot and destroyed our tower + got dragon. The game was turning sour, especially for our raging Warwick sitting at 0/4 in the laning phase. We played on, getting aced at one point due to a contested baron, but they never pushed to win, so we were able to bounce back. Critical fight occurred at baron. Jarvan was bot lane pushing it, but the enemy team was intent on baroning without their jungler. For some reason, Karthus was tanking all the damage, so Warwick's Bloodscent revealed them. We decided to go in. Instagibbed Karthus, killed Sona, Cho did something, but I didn't watch him, because I was intent on Graves. Popped Graves' GA (I think that was like his one death or something) and we killed four of them. Jarvan was still pushing bot lane, so he got inhib turret and was trying to take down nexus turret. At this point, we had all inhibs down, and only one turret at the nexus. I recalled and Homeguarded to him, stunning him, but Diana and I couldn't stop him and the minions before they took a respawned inhib AND the nexus turret. Meanwhile, our allies were pushing into their base with no minions, destroyed the mid inhib and were taking enemy nexus turrets. To my ABSOLUTE HORROR, I could NOT keep the minions away from our exposed nexus. I'm talking 6+ super minions + at least one wave from each lane. Our nexus was literally on 100HP before the minions stopped targetting it and started AA'ing me. I was DESPERATELY trying to stop the minions, I HONESTLY thought we'd lost, just because I couldn't stop them. But then our team got the enemy Nexus and it was GG. TENSE GAME.
