Hey everybody! We're proud to reveal a project we've been working on behind the scenes to our core forum community first, before anyone else! LeagueSpy - Player and Champion Stat Tracking!

Features

LeagueSpy gives you valuable ways to compare yourself to other players and ranked tiers in order to improve your performance, is currently powering our Champion Stats here on MOBAFire, and be incorporated into upcoming features. :)

We wanted to give you a chance to give feedback and tell us what you'd like to see before anyone else, so please leave a comment with any questions or suggestions you have. This also means this will be the first time LeagueSpy has been opened to the public, so don't be surprised if you run into any bugs and please let us know so we can fix them!

Analyze your matches to get insights on where you excelled and where you could do better. Insights are tailored to be based on the specific champ, role, and ranked tier you are playing in.

Take your game to the next level by comparing yourself not only to your own tier, but the tiers above you! See in which areas you need to up your performance to reach your season goals.

LeagueSpy's player stats focuses on comparing your performance to other players in your closest ranked tier. You can break down your stats by current patch, current season, ranked, and normals, or you can change the comparison to use other ranked tiers!

Get detailed Champion and Build statistics from LeagueSpy. We break down items by starters, core items, boots, and luxury items, as well as providing you with champ counters and general statistics.

Keep track of who's hot and who's not on our champion stats center, that lets you quickly see the top champs by win %, pick %, and ban %.

NOTE: For this early access, there are some wonky champion role %'s from old data that are still clearing out, and there is a games played limit on the champ top players, so the top player lists will fill out as people scan their games. :)

Quickly create your own ladders for fun or competition! It's easy to add players to a ladder, and save that ladder for quick access via your Watch List. Add players while browsing, from the ladder maker itself, or directly from your Watch List!

In addition to overall stats, you can compare stats with specific champions, or your best champions! Obviously Amelyne doesn't have much competition with us, who will take her on?

The Watch List is a unique LeagueSpy feature that lets you to bookmark players and ladders and access them from any page! You'll see it as a tab on the right side of the page. When clicked it will expand for full view. Keep tabs on your friends, clan members, and even rivals with the Watch List!

In order to tag players or add nicknames you must be logged in, but otherwise you can use the watch list while logged out and it will be stored in your cookies.

Please note that at the moment there is no way to edit a ladder once it is created, but to add or remove players you can simply load up the ladder, add or remove the players you want, save it and delete the old one.

To top it all off LeagueSpy his been built from the ground up with mobile support in mind. Every feature can be used on mobile.

NOTE: For this early access 3 pages mobile versions aren't quite done - Player Summary, Insights Search, and Ladder Maker (advanced stats). Everything else should be fully functional!

Thank you for taking the time to check out our new project and we hope you find it fun and useful. We worked hard to make a stats site that focuses on learning and improving your play - the MOBAFire way - and we're really excited to see what you guys do with it!

I don't want to **** on anyone's work but that icon is atrocious.
Also just seems like another website in a super saturated market.

This won't be a problem if they market it right. It IS different from what currently exists out there and that is enough to get them going.

I personally like the idea and current features, though it'll take some getting used to. Some things are not 100% intuitive.

Thanks for the feedback so far guys! And @ Re4XN would love to hear more about what features you aren't finding intuitive since that is always a big issue with these sorts of sites ;)
Thanks to Minho for my sig!

As far as looking at specific matches, I'm really curious how match MVP is simply KDA based when it clearly gives it to someone with a high volume of kills. 1-0-17 is a much better KDA than 4-0-6, for example, ignoring the massive difference in KP (since 1-0-17 was 78% KP, 4-0-6 wasn't even 50% KP). Despite this, the 4-0-6 guy is MVP. Kills pretty clearly weigh more than assists, which means it's not only based on KDA.

I shouldn't be getting MVP in a game where I had a KDA of 3.8 just because I had 11 kills. The lower KDA means I died a lot. This is a consistent pattern.

@ The_Nameless_Bard yeah that sounds odd, if I could get a link to some of the matches you are referring to we'll definitely check it out! AFAIK, it's supposed to be pure KDA, since I specifically asked the dev about this point. :P

@ Mowen I was comparing these two matches:
https://www.leaguespy.net/league-of-legends/match/2613319524?player=20479917 ( Twitch should probably be MVP in this one, not me, but both of us have a far better KDA than Ziggs)

https://www.leaguespy.net/league-of-legends/match/2613405828?player=20479917 (bad example, I actually have the highest KDA, oops)
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
