1) Your summoner spells are a tad weird.
Ghost is fine, but I'm not sure why you'd bother with Cleanse. Not sure about the utility of Ignite either. Flash is probably a better idea. Cleanse might seem weird to most, but with Singed it works for a special tactic. It allows super initiation. With it you can bum-rush the enemy carries and ignore all their CC. It's usually not optimal, but it's certainly a pretty good tactic.Singed is an offtank. So Ignite is lovely for a little extra firepower.
Singed is one of the rare champions that just don't need flash. He's often better off with Cleanse if he needs a GTFO button or just more mobility.
Flash still is pretty good, just not something I'd pick.

-Centered the images-check
-I decided to leave the skill sequence and explaination seperated.So that it's not a big wall of text.-check
-useless skills are just there for a small fun purpose.You could still use them in bot games and ARAMS :3-checks
-The only thing I dont understand was
2) Add in extra paragraph enters to allow for visual flow
