With it you can bum-rush the enemy carries and ignore all their CC. It's usually not optimal, but it's certainly a pretty good tactic. Singed is an offtank. So Ignite is lovely for a little extra firepower. Singed is one of the rare champions that just don't need flash. He's often better off with Cleanse if he needs a GTFO button or just more mobility. Flash still is pretty good, just not something I'd pick.[/quote]
