1/8/21 masteries (which imo are the best) and Vampiric Scepter start.
Wolves to golems:
AD

Lowest=150-200HP (depending on how good you juke monsters)
ArP

Lowest=~40HP (risky as ****, you'll die if you don't juke the monsters a little)
Blue to golems(after the other):
AD
05:05 (hooooly ****, I'm awesome :D)

05:20
~50HP (again risky as ****, you'll die if you don't juke)
I'm only buying one pot upon recalling since I'm too fast to afford 2.

Searz, that seems really low, health-wise. The only time I ever get that low finishing a route is if I'm Jarvan, lol, and when I first started trying to jungle Udyr. With that lifesteal regen, I don't see how it can be so low D:

Nocturne gets really low early on in the jungle. With Wriggles it's never a problem, but you can obviously not start with it. Cloth armor+pots is much safer HP wise, but also makes you lose about 200gold :/
Keep in mind that I'm also using 21 utility (which is awesome on most junglers) and that puts your HP at a lower level.
Before his nerfs he could take ArP quints without getting super low, but it's just not possible anymore :(

You shouldn't get FoN with that much AP. Only get FoN if you're at below 200AP since otherwise you'll get more health with Spell Vamp.
For solving early HP problems I'd suggest pots. Boots+pots is a really strong start.
Also, I think I've mentioned this before, but you shouldn't be using MS quints. You get plenty of MS from masteries+FoN/Lich Bane and the MS quints will be reduced by 20% in effectiveness because of the diminishing returns on MS.
