Awesome changes, and a much nicer system than auto-archiving old guides.
Loving these changes! I'm sure everyone else will benefit from them too. Well done, keep up the good work, guys ^^

I find it amazing how 2 guys run such an amazing, up to date site. Where as other sites, that have multiple people working on it fail to keep it fresh and up to date.
You guys are truly saints!! Keep up the amazing work!

Very cool.
This should deter the inflation of outdated guides, if not halt them completely.

would be awesome if the levels could take into account if a patch affected a champ or not; while a guide will still be outdated if it was last updated five or six patches ago, if it's a guide for, say, Twitch, it'll probably still be relevant (he hasn't been updated for quite a few patches, if I recall correctly).
Of course, this is a good deal more complex, and only gets more complicated with a team build, but would be particularly useful.
The current setup looks great, though! God knows one of the issues I've always had when looking for a build on here was half the top-rated builds being terribly old ones (you read halfway through the guide, then see a mention of Zhongya's Ring and have to figure out how much - if any - of the guide is still correct).

The levels have also been adjusted as follows:
The following sections of the site have now been updated to make use of this system:
The 2/4/6 patch rule is considered a trial, we will likely update these cutoffs in the future. We are also open to feedback on any aspect of these changes, let us know what you think!
Edit: Note that some sections of the site might take a few hours to update before these new features become active, due to caching.
