And Tiamat is worth a thought, but you cant use it in combination with crit so if you rly wanna abuse youre cleave imo crit is the way.
Also: Youre build is rly tanky but you juggle with some items. So youre trying to say that you should go tanky but also switch things out making you way less tanky?

Those items look pretty good but I wonder if you'll have enough survivability?
I feel like if you want the slow then Triforce is probably the way to go but Frozen Mallet could work wonders as well. I would still probly buy the Warmogg's though lol.

I'm not really sure why anyone would build her ap at all. Her E and R stack with ap but not enough to set a build around it. Going tanky/dps is the only way to go.
I jungle with her and usually always reach lvl4 before the solo lanes do.

Phantom dancer
and then you could go the warmog/atma's route if the situation calls for it.
if the game drags on even further I would probably switch wriggles to bloodthirster and wit's end to another phantom... not sure.
My Masteries are 21/0/9, but I'm not positive about them yet.
Runes are 9x ArmPen marks, 9x Flat Arm seals, 9x Attack Speed Glyphs, and 3x ArmPen Quints.

You forgot that youll deal 15% dmg of Flame Breath on every autohit while your target is debuffed. (passiv)
But i guess even that´s just worth one cleave.

nah 0.09dmg/1AP = 9 dmg for 100 AP
But like i said...
Lets say youll end up with 300 ap late game and cleave 3 champs with Dragon Flame Breath/Twin Bite.. results in 3x 27 bonus dmg (YEHAW!!!!).
But youll wind up with 40dmg anyway thx to FBs base dmg.
They even nerfed it from orginal 20%...
Even if they didnt want to make AP/Tanks beat the living **** out of you, giving you the same bonus dmg from scaling like Wits End wouldnt be game breaking.

Pretty dayumn strong, both in survivability and damage, and her kit seems to support it well ^^
Ok. So her jungle is strong. She has MASSIVE DPS early - midgame, even without wriggles. The champion itself can deal a great deal of damage, but she has no real slow or CC. This makes catching certain characters very difficult and kiting is a big issue. Listed below is the build I used. Yes it is very generic, but it also works extremely well. With a half decent team you can become a very big threat.
Lots of things can be traded and swapped.
