4. something that is submitted, as an application.
5. Law, an agreement between parties involved in a dispute, to abide by the decision of an arbitrator or arbitrators.
Yeah, its misspelled. I fixed it.

Here you go, bud. Review #2! I'll ignore the second build like you requested since you're going to remove it.

3.
Ah, yeah, you're right. my bad. HA! :P
4.
The thing is, the extra speed and damage don't compensate the fact that you only benefit more from the penetration on the 7th hit. Also, this is at 75 armor, at 100 armor the damage pen would be equal on the hit no. 18
90/(60-55) = 18 hits
or to make it more simple
100+85+70+55*15 / 18 = 60
for 85 armor it's
90/(51-40) = 10 hits
That just shows how much worse TBC gets with just 10 or 25 more armor. By the time TBC becomes more effective you've already killed the guy. ...Wow...that...is brilliant. I'll remove it as soon as I can then I suppose (which is after GrandmasterD's re-review lol).

My review:
1. Summoner spells
Maybe you should mention that when used the flash+shift combination the flash has to be used first so the shift deals damage.
And is it really that viable not to take flash over ignite? I just feel like ezreal will need the flash for those instances where the other AD has flash and catches because you don't, and the other way around. Not to mention that several other AD carries have dashes or jumps, like tristana, vayne and corki, which could counter your shift.
2. Runes
Don't you have mana issues with Ezreal? I know you list the mp5 runes as alternatives but is it worth it not using the mp5 runes? I've played too many Ezreal games too count. I don't suffer extreme mana problems, no. Practice.
3. Masteries
Ez is a petty fast champ due to his passive but is the but is butcher really that worth it? +4 damage to minions and +10 to towers with basic attacks opposed to a +1.5% to all damage? At least havoc sounds better.. Even with just 150AD the each point in havoc means an extra 7.5 damage just from auto attacks, I'm pretty sure havoc is better. i think you did the math as 5%, not .5%. It doesn't deal 15% with 3 points, but 1.5%! There for you only deal...less than 1 damage for every point. Butcher helps with last-hitting and Demolitionist helps with tower poking (one of the special niches of a ranged AD). Therefore, Havoc sucks, I don't like it, people shouldn't take it.
In the defense tree why don't you go down to veteran scar's? the 2 extra point in resistances mean 2% effective hp, which will only be better than the extra 138hp you get if you have over 6k hp. The 3 hp/5 isn't that good either since you'll get vamp scepter somewhat early and start with doran's blade. You also get around 90% effective hp from the base+rune+mastery+item resistances at lvl 18, which means that those 138hp actually become 250 effective hp later on.
Rune wise the 4 resist + 3 hp/5 masteries are worth 9 seals while the 30 flat hp + 6hp/lvl are worth 12 seals. That's...some really good theorycraft! Bravo, I have been beat. *fix*
4. Items
hmm, aren't you getting last whisper a bit too late?
I don't like your Black Cleaver suggestion. Honestly I simply don't like black cleaver for two simple reason:
It is only good if they have low armor, which means you'll be raping them anyway.
It takes away 15 armor with each hit, which means:
1st hit: they have full armor, it applies the debuff.
2nd hit: they have -15 armor, applies another debuff.
3rd hit: they have -30 armor, applies another debuff.
4th hit: they have -45 armor.
Only by the 4th hit will the armor reduction fully come into effect, and if the target doesn't have armor then he'll be pretty much dead by now.
Last whisper, however, gives you a steady 40% penetration.
Over 6 hits the average armor of an enemy with 75 base armor will be:
TBC - 75+60+45+30+30+30 /6 = 45
LW - 45+45+45+45+45+45 /6 = 45
See? You'll need to hit a character with absolutely no extra armor 6 times before TBC gives you a damage boost. By that time I don't think your 75armor target is still alive.
This does not take into account the 15 AD and 30% attack speed TBC gives over LW nor the extra gold it costs. Which is why I leave TBC in. The extra +15 AD & +30% AS is better IF the target has less than about 100 armor. Otherwise, Last Whisper owns the show. TBC destroys people without armor even HARDER, pressing your advantage, which is very strong!
5. Solo laning
Isn't ez meant to be played on bot? I've had better success with playing him solo lane middle. I'm working on a section for duo laning.
6. Aethetics
hmm.. looks a bit too flashy and the contrast between colours is very high.
I noticed on your explanations you have a big icon of the item/skill/spell followed by text, wouldn't it look better if you had the icon and the explanation on different collums so they're next to each other? I would love some help from someone who can help me code my guide. I haven't quite figured out how to make proper columns for that...Q_Q
Overall I think the guide is pretty good. +1 Thanks! +Rep...wait, where's my +Rep? I asked for both things! x-x...lol

Well, let's have a look at this, seemingly short, Ezreal guide. First, I am a great fan of Ezreal myself and I feel he is underrated at the moment, especially on low elo. I've played ezreal for a long time and I really have to say that he is a fun champ to play. Well, then I guess you're qualified hm?
Viability
Don't freak out due to the huge list, this does not mean your guide isn't viable, it is just not optimal. X_X
Grammar
Visual Appearance
Anyway, the guide looks great. The format is great and you have used a lot of icons, gratz on that. Also you have used colours and images so I'm pleased. However, you could improve it even more by using columns and by not centering the text in the masteries and runes sections. I mean there is no reason to center the text there, if you were using columns it would have been different though.Fixed. I think.
In-Depth
Minor Flaws
Overall, I think it is a really great guide for people who want to learn about Ezreal but they do need some League of Legends experience. For avid Ezreal players this guide is probably not capable of learning them much as the guide lacks in-depth information. Also, it offers very little alternatives to the standard build which is truly a shame. Updated. Hopefully this will not be so.
On the other hand, the guide is short and allows you to get to know a lot about Ezreal in about 15 minutes which is great. Yeah, I'll make sure that's not so either. People need to learn to read damn it.
"A quick meet and greet with Ezreal which quickly gets you through the basics, although
you[GrandmasterD] won't get an invitation to the afterparty." X3- GrandmasterD ~Blydden
I prefer Ghost to Flash on Ezreal now, I do have a question though, I watch a lot of championship matches, such as the one recently Team Solo Mid vs Epik Gaming, and in both games Ezreal got a Wriggle's Lantern. Why is it that no builds for Ez on Mobafire grab this Item? I use your build but I grab Wriggles before Bloodthirster, and sell to replace Bloodthirster after Trinity Force, depending on how I'm doing in the game. If I'm getting fed, then I skip Wriggle's and go straight for Bloodthirster.
For me?
Well, I play a lot of characters, anywhere from Nasus or Garen to Kayle (main) and Shen. I recently bought Ezreal, and although I am not great with him this guide really helped. I looked through the comments, and some of them totally confused me (I never got too far into the Runes or Masteries in the game, I'm so lame <3), but I gained a lot from this and I would like to thank Blydden for the guide and everyone else (those who made them) for the informative comments that shed light on some confusing bits. +1
Thank you! : )
