Go with the tank path, if you start to become a threat then you'll be focus'd ALOT, basically every champion needs some resist.

I don't really like the inclusion of Zeke's Herald. I don't think it would be all that useful, at least not that late in the build. You also sorely lack surviability in the build,

Lulu doesn't need attack speed, it's not an AD champion.
Lulu needs supporter items and ability power.
Also the skill sequence is wrong.
