I'm testing it right now. I've been having some lag issues but it seems pretty good, it ****s all over most solo-top tanky dps types. You have really strong harass early with Glitterlance and your auto-attacks which zone them pretty hard and you just get stronger from there.

Right now this is what I have:
1) Boots, 3 Health Potions
2) Nashor's Tooth - gives mana regen, CDR, AP, and attack speed
3) Sorcerer's Shoes - to increase the power of your on-hit build. Could also be Berserker's Greaves
4) Malady - reduce their magic resist for more damage, a bit of AP, more attack speed, and a bit of on-hit damage

My build diverges here into 3 paths, don't know which is best yet:
Path 1: Damage-
5) Ionic Spark - More attack speed, more on-hit damage
6) Hextech Gunblade - Gives AD, AP, Lifesteal, and Spell Vamp. Probably a good item (not yet tested). Can build the Bilgewater Cutlass early on.

Path 2: Tanky-
5) Wit's End - More attack speed along with magic resist
6) Frozen Mallet - A lot of health plus infinite slows

Path 3: Hybrid-
5) Ionic Spark - Attack speed plus more on-hit damage
6) Wit's End - Attack speed plus magic resist

Final Item:
7) Madred's Bloodrazor - So much damage! Same for all builds. Also gives some armor.

Edit: On-hit Lulu is a lot stronger than I had initially thought, she is stupidly strong early-game. I just crushed a Morgana in mid. I think, instead of posting my ideas here I'll probably just write my own guide once I've gotten everything sorted out.

Go with the tank path, if you start to become a threat then you'll be focus'd ALOT, basically every champion needs some resist.

I like it MiamiHurricane, Not a lot of the LuLu support community will even discuss the possibility of a AS/AD hit lulu build, and the ones i have seen attempt have been inadequate. I liked the base on this build and some tweaks could really make a viable guide for AS Lulu

I agree with Lan Mandragon. An early Nashor's Tooth would be more helpful than an early Wit's End. It gives AP which will make Glitterlance hit harder, a lot of attack speed as well as cool-down reduction and mana regeneration. I'm not sure whether I would take that or Malady first (because Malady is cheaper and generally better as a first buy).

I don't really like the inclusion of Zeke's Herald. I don't think it would be all that useful, at least not that late in the build. You also sorely lack surviability in the build, Frozen Mallet may be a good idea as it gives you a lot of health, some damage, and more slows (combine that with Glitterlance and no one will ever run from you).

As I said before, I think this build would work better as a solo-top build than a dual-bot lane build. One example of this is that with on-hit Teemo (a very similar build) it is much more beneficial for him to go solo-top and allow a more fragile AD carry take bot lane with the support (like Kog'Maw, Corki, or Caitlyn).
Since you will be going solo-top and are likely to go against tanky melee dps champions, I feel buiding a Wriggle's Lantern as your first item would be quite beneficial. It grants everything you need during the laning phase: AD, Armor, Lifesteal, free wards, and easier last-hits. You can swap it out late game for a Madred's Bloodrazor for a nice DPS boost.

I think I will mess around with a solo-top Lulu build for a while. I'll use your guide as a base and then alter it til I find something I really like and post my changes here as feedback for you.

Edit: One more thing I just thought of. Playing as solo-top I would take Teleport and Flash or Ignite for my summoner spells. In a few situations I would take Cleanse as the second spell (if they were a very CC heavy team and you were playing draft mode/ranked).

I would also like to reply without voting because I see some things I do like. WHimsy in your case should probably be maxed out at 13 in your case, I find the additional damage from Glitterlance is more beneficial early game when it is strongest for Lulu. I would also recommend you swap Nashor's Tooth and Wit's End in your build order...this will reduce your cooldown early allowing you more glitterlances, more mana from regen, more whimsy's ect..all equalling more damage able to be dealt. And MR from Wit's End is more beneficial later in game then early, so maximize the stats on your build order. Also move the points in Meditation and Vigor and put them into duribility and veterians scars to make you more survivable early game. plus the extra point can go into summoners wrath which helps your Ignite and Ghost spells. with [[Nashor's Tooth] your getting more mana per sec early without needing to those wasted masteries

I think there are 3 ways to build Lulu. Support (duh!), AP (pretty strong), and AD. I feel AD or AS Lulu is the weakest of the 3 but definitely viable. I also feel she would be better top lane (like AS/On-hit teemo) than bot lane. I've played against a similar build top-lane and it was hell (I was Udyr and was zoned super hard by her Glitterlance and auto-attacks, it didn't matter in then end though because she had a bad team).

About her AP ratios, they are actually really good. She has a 0.7 ratio on Glitterlance, it hurts a LOT especially early game, a 0.6 ratio on Help, Pix! which also hurts a lot (or shields strongly) and sets up some nice Glitterlance shots, and a 0.5 ratio on the already very strong Wild Growth.

I also agree with Joxuu, you should really read THIS guide. It will help a lot, give you some nice templates, and make your guide much prettier. I'll save my vote until you do so.

Hey.

Sorry, but everything's wrong in this build :/
Lulu doesn't need attack speed, it's not an AD champion.
Lulu needs supporter items and ability power.
Also the skill sequence is wrong.
You can read guides how to code in MOBAFIRE.
Pictures can really set up the text on fire :D
