Sure we would have enough people. However it should be played on PBE I think so everyone can have the settings they prefer. I mean on NA I don't have any runes, masteries or champions so that would be unfair imo.

We can make this happen, we just need to set a proper time and date xD

Or we'd have to agree on a balance. Randomly assigned teams might not work out too well either....
