we shud b careful with spell-vamp bc of champs like vlad or akali. 15% is gud alreadi, i guess. maybe 70% is a bit too much for the duration.

I guess it was a bit too strong, so I'll change it a bit.
Buffed:Ap for 10 points, armor for 5 points.
Nerfed:Spell vamp for 2%, Active duration reduced by 1 second, and active physical damage reduction reduced to 60%

Youmuu's Ghostblade should get some little changes. It should offer more AD for a higher price.

Youmuu's Ghostblade to 20%.
Actually, the gold efficiency would be around 5000 with 50 AD and 20% crit while active without calculating armorpen or MS. While not active, it would be 3500. Maybe, that is a little bit to much, but it is an underused and underrated item, nearly like
Nashor's Tooth, so.

This calculation shows that
Youmuu's Ghostblade actually is even cost efficient atm without buffs.

I enjoy your effort but this post brings the question whether this is a new item, otherwise you're not conforming to the rules. At least make the stats different, give aura and a name, lose active, etc (suggestions), so it can feel new.
