Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Q****ingQ. Only just found out that some random person stole Warlemming's idea of level 1 Shaco Dragon back in 2011 and submitted it to Proatomonster for RP + feature as a "Top Play". By stole, I mean almost exactly copied War's own YouTube video, and War submitted his a full month before.

Eh, at the time of writing that, I legit thought that War did it first. My bad. Searching for it, you find someone did it in 2010 almost the exact same way (without Ignite), but Dragon could be feared back then. It's interesting to see the progression:
2010: Fear from boxes = easy dragon
2011: Ignite + AP from Ignite Mastery = close dragon
2012-13: No longer possible/no videos found
