I've found him quite interesting to play, but I'm not all that sure what to build on him.
Alot of items that are good on him cost too much for me to build.

Till now I bought Spirit Stone into Spirit of the Ancient Golem for HP/Manared and CD.
Since stacking only HP with all the %HP dmg around is a bad idea I've been building stuff like Aegis of the Legion to get some resists in there but then I'm kind of a walking feast machine since I don't really do any dmg.

So, any glorious Insights for me?

As far as I know, you build jungle cho full tank with maybe some AS items like Wit's End or Blade of the Ruined King. You rely mostly on your Vorpal Spikes and on-hit effects to deal damage then, while being super tanky.

So just Auraitems + Tankgear and rely on the teams dmg. gotcha.

Maybe not aura items... supports got most of the aura items ;)

I'd definitely say that you should build AT LEAST 3 defensive items though. Even that's cutting it a little short for indestructible tank-gath.

Warmogs, SFC, Rylai's, Liandry's are all items that may not necessarily be needed, but are good items to think about buying

Why are you giving him so many health items?

He has free HP from his ult, you need resists at that point.

Nickname has it right, other than the BorK, which is okay, I guess, since it really is way too strong for its own good.

Thank you to jhoijhoi for the sig, and all the dividers in the guide.

Alright, how about this.

Early:
Mercury's Treads
Madred's Razors (Because I noticed that I'm kinda slow on clearing the big minions in a camp)
Glacial Shroud

Then work on Aegis of the Legion, Randuin's Omen, Abyssal Mask?

See where it goes from there?

What about Twin Shadows as MR Item?
It's fairly cheap and you could get the Pick early for some extra gold. Movement Speed is always nice and the active could help with Rupture

Twin Shadows can be a nice choice to help you with ganks, but i think that the core of his build has to be formed by RoA, Spirit of the Ancient Golem and Warmog..You have to be unkillable :D also a Sunfire Cape can help a lot, in a tanky build like your (even if i'm in love with hextech gunblade, more spell vamp and life steal for you :))
Be a grammar nazi with me, i need to improve my english T_T

Hmm, at which point is Wit's End better than Blade of the Ruined King damage wise. If you get Liandry's Torment and Abyssal Mask (and maybe Sorcerer's Shoes), your magicpen is so high, that maybe Wit's End is more worth it.

So my build would be: Sorcerer's Shoes, Wit's End/ Blade of the Ruined King, Frozen Heart, Sunfire Aegis, Abyssal Mask, Liandry's Torment. This build would get the most out of magicpen and Vorpal Spikes, while still having high tankyness. Of course, if you need to be more tanky, you can replace Abyssal Mask, Liandry's Torment and Sorcerer's Shoes with more tanky items like Spirit Visage, Runic Bulwark, Thornmail, Spirit of the Ancient Golem, Mercury's Treads...

Good luck landing Rupture with all the high mobility champs. and enjoy Xin/Vi/J4 in your jungle the whole game. But what do I know? I suck at this game.
Sometimes there's so much stupid in the world, I feel like I can't take it, and my head is just going to explode.

Cho was at start of preseason 3 a real fotm jungler. If you are good you will hit the enemy with Rupture, as they have to choose either run back into your teammate or directly into it.
