Literally NOBODY thought the 6th camp was going to be on Red Side.

-10% Cooldown Reduction really won't affect anyone w/ standard cooldowns on their first gank. Someone like Jarvan only gets 1 E-Q off in an average gank anyway. It might have some impact on people w/ spammable abilities such as Eve or Hecarim but I highly doubt it'll be noticeable. We are talking about like a .5 second difference.

Whats your point about Mid Lane taking Wraiths? They can't take wraiths effectively till later in the game so it really doesn't affect the jungler all that much.

There were posts of peeps suggesting possible places at red side.
Not sure here or another board.

As for the 10% it's ~1 sec on Xin's gap closer.
At the moment I can get 2 jumps with the second just outside tower range and get the kill (or burn a flash he was trying to save). 1.3 secs later means it'll be inside tower range and a dive at those levels is kinda dangerous.

As mid I tend to let the jungler have first 2 waves of wraiths, while I try to fit them into my farming from then on. But that's just me.

You play in D1.
I can see the game is played very differently in those elo's.
But D1 represents just a very small faction of the total player base.
Changes that seem insignificant for you might have a larger impact in lower elo's.

What about Rammus?
Saw Turtle the Cat (TSM stream) completely obliterating the enemy team.
He also mentioned Rammus being his current favorite jungler. (might be in jest though)

I used to main Rammus back in S2. He has insane ganks but his jungle clear is horrible, the worst of all mainstream junglers. If you don't get rollin' (pun alert) early game your mid game will be terrible due to a lack of tankyness. I wouldn't recommend playing him atm, S4 will probably be worse.

A fun way to play him though is to run Teleport and rush mobi+homeguard. Those ganks O.o

Oh and minor changes actually have a bigger influence on high elo play than on lower elo. In higher ratings the difference between winning or losing a 1v1, 2v2 or teamfight is all about minor differences, while in low elo you can get away with sub-optimal itemization, picking out-of-meta champions or gameplay related mistakes.

As far as I know, Master Yi will be the fastest jungler in S4. Combine that with the new Wriggle's Lantern or the new Madred's Bloodrazor and he is going to carry teams just from farming it.

Rammus is actually pretty strong. I think he's the best of the tank/support junglers. You run 6-21-3 AS/MS. Rush Madreds into Mobility Boots into Sunfire Cape. Max Taunt first. I play a mean Rammus and I think he's pretty good vs heavy AD teams. You can't pick him early because he doesn't do as well VS teams that do mostly AP damage.

Master Yi even with farm is easy to lock up and explode in a team fight. Melee ADC's aren't viable because they are so easy to blow up. Shyvana will clear just as fast but she'll scale into late game so much better. Kayle will be able to farm and build damage just like Yi but she'll be a lot safer late and she'll also function as another carry.

I personally wouldn't pick him into any aggressive jungler as well.
By the way, what are your thoughts on hybrid pen marks on him? I run hybrid pen marks all the time on him and I have been messing around with armor seals for jungle sustain/damage.

Since Master Yi got his rework, he is probably the strongest meele adc atm (Tryndamere and his ulti...), he doesn't even need that much damage items in order to kill you nearly instantly. Youmuu's Ghostblade/ Statikk Shiv and Infinity Edge are most of the time enough. You can fit in 2 or even 3 defense items.

Thoughts on Leona jungle?

I suppose she's easily counterjungled and she has a slow clear and a hard lvl 1-3 jungle clear, but her kit is so amazing.

Also, how should one itemize her?
