It has been around half a year since I wrote an update and I was looking back a few previous updates and thought that it was a good way to keep connected with you guys <3

Since september I was working on an internship at the province government thingy to work on smellmaps and smellcomplaint analysis. Doesn't sound very exciting but it was actually quite fun as I was able to learn a lot of things, was able to see where all the smelly points are in my neighbourhood AND my work was the start of a continuous project so I had like huge influence n stuff B)

So it was awesome and did a lot of stuff n ****. I have a report online although it is in Dutch. You can take a look at it overhere.

Now school started once again and... well it goes slow. The first day of school I had to attend and imm…

So... I have played 15 matches. I HAVE ONLY WON 2, and one I played SUPPORT. I can't support generally, although I can do well as Veigar or Ashe support. In fact, Veigar is my best champion in ranked. Because he's the stuff in support lane.

But the rant. HOW THE HELL IS IT THAT THE BAD SUPPORTS AND JUNGLERS ARE EVERYWHERE? JUNGLERS THAT NEVER GANK, SUPPORTS THAT NEVER WARD. ONE GOOD SUPPORT IN FIFTEEN MATCHES! I CAN'T SUPPORT WORTH A ****, AND SUPPORT HAS BEEN MY BEST RANKED ROLE, HELL MOST ARE NOT META EVEN!!! STOP PLAYING RANKED IF YOUR MAIN ROLE IS SUPPORT AND YOU CAN'T PLAY IT IN RANKED! SHEESH.

Going to start making a guide on S5 Shen Top, Support, and Jungle, in that order. Feel free to ask me questions about playing Shen and matchups while the guide is still not published.

Hey guys, with the recent release of patch 5.2 Jungle has had some new arrivals on the top list, here is my current tier list of best Junglers in the meta!

1. Jarvan
I have no clue what makes this guy so strong, he just is right now. He has an amazing mix of Tank, damage, and cc. Even when he falls behind, his passive and ult are so strong he is still an issue. Jarvan has seen a spike in ban and pick rate since the patch. Ban Jarvan whenever possible. The only con about this guy is his low sustain in the new jungle.

2. Rek'Sai
Ever since release this Void Burrower has been a menace to players. High sustain, damage, and tankiness are what make her super strong right now. If you cant ban J4, ban her, otherwise she will carry her team due to low counterplay. Cons: Tunnels take getting used to as a new player

3. Udyr
Nicknamed "Godyr" by the man Trick2G this beast is super viable. Sustain, tank damage, and the infamous Gates are just a few issues here. He can take Dragon at level 3/4 if…

You know, I never really talk about MOBAfail all that much in these things. Perhaps it's time to change that.




What's the point of all these guides here anyways?

I look around MOBAfail quite a bit and, honestly, I don't understand the need to have hundreds of guides about the same champion from which 90% of those guides all give:

1. Same rune setup.
2. Same masteries.
3. Same skill sequence order.
4. Same boring tips and descriptions of moves.


And to be honest, the reason for this is the voting system around these parts and the (lol) guide mentoring sections. Let's face it, anyone with half a brain knows where to go for build suggestions (anyone watch esports lately?). What makes you, the MOBAfailians, so qualified to give build advice over what's so freely and easily accessible to anyone willing to flip on a famous "He plays X role amazingly"'s stream? And even then, what's the point of all these guides when they're so cookie cutter/brain dead obvious tips/builds that pretty mu…

Introduction

Hey guys! I made this guide for anyone wondering how matchups work in the bot lane. I'm not Challenger, and much of this page is opinion-based, so feedback from the community would be appreciated! I respond to every comment.
My IGN on NA is "TSM Dirty Dan" and I am Plat 1 on two different accounts.

Tier List Explanations

These tier lists takes into account many factors, the biggest being how easily a champion fits into a composition. Other factors include win rate, how a champion is doing on a competitive level, and ability to carry solo queue. I've attempted to order champions within a tier list from highest to lowest, so any champion in a tier is very slightly higher rated than the next.

S Tier - Pick or ban, AKA God tier.
A Tier - Very strong, but not quite ban worthy.
B Tier - Strong with the right composition or as a counter.
C Tier - Can work well as a counter or right composition, but rarely will outperform higher tiers.
D Tier - Champions that I would not play …

I've been wanting to do this for a long time, but I feel like I can accurately make a list of the top 10 champions of all time. This list is inherently biased by nature, but I am going to try to give as accurate assessment on the top 10 greatest champions ever. There is a number of criteria to consider to determine the best champions. The first is consistency in competitive play, there's no way around it, pretty much every champion has had it's time in the sun, but very few champions can endure over time. The second criteria is domination; how strong was a champion? Was it first pick/ban worthy? There is also a number of criteria that automatically disqualifies a champion. If the champion hasn't been out that long it's pretty difficult to examine. *Spoiler alert*, sorry to all you Yasuo and Gnar fans, but these champions haven't been out long enough for me to accurately assess. Basically I just thought I could write up a guide or two when I have free time at my work. The internet is not any good to do anything else so I thought I could just spend some time writing guides.

It sounds weird but I have lot's of free time as I'm only required to do something if I get a customer and I'm not getting assigned a lot of customers as I'm only practicing so I'm just basically sitting around trying to find something to do.

Couldn't come up with a champion/general guide that could use one for a S5 guide and I remembered some of these threads at general discussion asking for others opinion so I thought I could try the same.

I recently went though around a 15 game losing streak (totaled across 3 accounts!). Turned around and won my next 12 or so before dropping a game and then picked back up and started winning again with a W in the win column for my first ranked provisional for Season 5.

Here are some of my thoughts regarding things that can cause you to lose games and some potential solutions or simply points to consider.

AFKers

You can't do anything about AFKers. Don't sweat them. If you are still having a decent game play it out. If it is looking grim hit the surrender button. It is rather satisfying to win a 4v5 and your opponents will often reward you with Honorable Opponent points for your trouble.

Ragers

Ragers you might be able to do something about. Depends on the situation. Try to coax them back into the fold, but don't judge your game performance based on someone else's bad attitude.

Bad champ picks
