Rylai's is a must on Singed since your smoke will now do an AOE slow.


Liandry's is also a must on Singed since your smoke will now do massive damage becauase of it's passive.


Zhonya's is really useful because on top of giving you armour and AP, it gives you a really useful active. You can run into their whole team and press Zhonya's and your smoke will do damage while you can't take damage.

Sunfire Cape procs off of your e and gives you some juicy health and armour.


Spirit Visage Works real well with ya Conqueror once you get 10 stacks.

Build this if you're having trouble stacking your conqueror or for ez conq stacks.


This is a "hidden op" item as they say. The bleed effect as well as the insane healing you get from it makes you insanely tanky and basically unkillable if you stack your conqueror.

Aerial (Fling AA)
This mechanic is extremely basic but very useful since it stacks your conqueror. Once you flip, you immediately AA and if you time it well, you can hit them mid air.

W-E.

This gives Singed hard CC since enemies can't move once you flip them into your W. Once you get good at this you can do it almost instantly but it will take time to learn.

Early-Game:
If you are playing against champions who have a weak early game and aren't high-threats, you can usually slow push the first wave to get lvl 2 and land massive poke or even kill them. If you're not playing against a weak early game champ, try to farm and wait on your jungler to gank you.
Mid-Game:
Try to influence other lanes and gain map control. You don't have a strong split push at all, so don't try. Catching players out of position and engaging is your middle name.
Late-Game:
Based on your and your opponents team comp, singed either falls of really hard or pops off in late game. You should be running through their team like a headless chicken in teamfights.
