Pantheon got more poke than you, plus he can beat you easily in trades. Also he has a lot more pressure than you on the map with his R.
Riven is a hard matchup because she can trade you easily and you aren't able to damage her a lot because of her shield and movement.
Irelia got a different way to trade you back easily. She can also farm really well and in case you aren't able to manage the lane, she can snowball you fast.
Darius can easily kill you in the first level. He has a good amount of damage and sustain, but if you're able to poke him in the right way, you will be able to kill him without much trouble.
I found Fiora a really difficult matchup for GP. She can trade you really easy and sustain a lot more. She is hard to poke but she can poke you really well with her passive, and also she have more damage than you in early.
Malphite isn't a really trouble in early lane, but if you can't manage the lane well, he can surclass you because at one point he will become too much tanky for your damage.
Like Malphite, Maokai isn't really trouble in lane, but in the same way, if you can't manage the lane, he can beat you during trades because of his healing.
Yasuo is not really a problem because GP is capable to destroy him in early, but a lot of depends on the player. This matchup is like 50/50.
