Summoner spells

Heal - Overall helpful and easy to use, synergises with Draven's W.

Exhaust - When you see enemy mid/jungle is an assassin or dangerous enemy bot lane champs like aphelios/tristana/windwall especially when they have hooking/engaging support.

Cleanse - If you don't consider it absolutely necessary for you, just take exhaust and most of the time it will be better.
Start with Doran's blade + HP potion when you feel like going all in soon after laning phase starts so you win in terms of stats against boots/longsword opponent.

Go Long sword + pots when you plan trading a lot and Boots + pots if you want to dodge more skillshots more easily e.g. playing against Xerath/Lux/Blitz/Thresh.

You will go Berserker's Greaves most of the time and Steelcaps or Mercs if enemies have 4 or more AD or AP damage dealers.

If you don't have healing support by your side and feel like being poked too much by the enemies in lane go for Vampiric Scepter first.

Then build Serrated Dirk (then Scepter if you have not went for it before), then get Eclipse and Essence Reaver.

Next item is Bloodthrister for winning every intense trade.

After that you have to evaluate whether enemies have significant amounts of armour or not, if they do go for Dominik's Regards, if they don't go The Colllector.

Finish the build with Infinity Edge + The Collector or Infinity Edge and Dominik (if you went for Collector 4th item).

After your build is completed you want to sell your boots for Dead Man's Plate or Force of Nature and that depends on enemies having more AD or AP damage.

Eventually get Guardian Angel if you have high bounty and want to protect it or RFC if u want that extra dps and range.

Lethal tempo is great for all-ins and prolonged trades, especially with tremendous lifesteal from BT and Eclipse.

Triumph for extra gold and survivability.

Alacrity greaty helps with DPS since there are no Attack Speed items present in the build itself other than boots (eventually).

Coup de Grace for extra damage.

Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm for more AD + Gathering Storm works as a late game insurance for you.

Keep in mind when you verse 4 AP champions in enemy team or 2AP champions on botlane you should switch last small rune from Armour to Magic Resist.
