Heal - Helpful in most scenarios for both you and your support/temmates, easy to use, synergises with Jinx's MS from excitement.

Exhaust - When you notice enemy mid/jungle is an assassin or dangerous enemy bot lane champs like aphelios/tristana/windwall/draven especially when they have hooking/engaging support.

Cleanse - Can really save you from certain death (CC support engage with flash) but if you don't consider it absolutely necessary for you, just take exhaust and most of the time it will be better.

Start with Doran's blade + HP potion when you feel like going all in soon after laning phase starts so you win in terms of stats against boots/longsword opponent.
Go Long sword + pots when you plan trading a lot and Boots + pots if you want to dodge more skillshots more easily e.g. playing against Xerath/Lux/Blitz/Thresh.

You will go Berserker's Greaves most of the time and Steelcaps or Mercs if enemies have 4 or more AD or AP damage dealers.

Now, about the core build, for first item i think it is possible to play Galeforce Jinx especially into not tanky opponents and if you're performing better with it but i'm just used to Kraken (and it gives most DPS too).

Second item is Phantom Dancer (Runaan's can outperform PD's damage but only if enemies are hard clustered (then you can literally 3shot whole enemy team) but that happens just too rarely and most of the time you're hitting one target, right? So PD is greatest here also for quickest baron/dragons and robbing plates gold.

Third item is always Infinity Edge except for scenarios where enemies started stacking tons of armour - then go Dominik's and IE after, finishing with Collector.

After you have all completed 6 items in your inventory, it's time to consider selling boots for either Dead Man's Plate (if enemies have more AD damage) or Force of Nature (if they have more AP).

Important note - when enemies are either 0 or full armour you can build respectively Collector or Dominik's 4th item (not counting boots) and finish with Rapid Firecannon that item slaps really hard in lategame.

Main rune can be either Lethal tempo or Conqueror, up to your personal preference, I always play with Lethal.
Presence of mind is necessary because Jinx's Q rockets are mana hungry.
You don't get any lifesteal in this build - to fill that void go Bloodline and Ravenous hunter. If you don't have healing support and feel like early healing from these is not enough you can eventually get Taste of Blood instead of Eyeball Collection as well.
Coup de Grace for paper champions damage or if enemy has significant tanks in their team you want to get through faster go Cut Down.
Keep in mind when you verse 4 AP champions in enemy team or 2AP champions on botlane you should switch last small rune from Armour to Magic Resist.
