Why On-Hit Shen, well it all started when one day, my friend found out that Guinsoo's Rageblade works on Shen's Q Twilight Assault and will DOUBLE PROC Twilight Assault's magic damage. This, coupled with the HP% damage from Blade of the Ruined King and the stacking attack speed of Lethal Tempo, creates a monsterous Shen. Riftmaker's bonus damage applies to item damage, this means the damage from Blade of the Ruined King will turn into true damage at 3 stacks.
