About me
This guide is going to focus on the tankier style of Evelynn however there are many routes that you can chose, but i feel that in the current meta the tanky style is much better for staying alive in the jungle.
Runes
Greater Mark of Attack Damage x8 - Increases AD for dueling and jungle clears
Greater Seal of Scaling Armor x9 - Will scale well into the late game and Evelynn has decent base armor stats.
Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction x9 - Cooldowns are a great idea on Evelynn as you will want to spam your abilities as much as possible.
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power x3 - evelyn's abilities scale well with AP
Skirmisher's Sabre - Cinderhulk is the best jungle item in my opinion for Evelynn as it will work in conjunction with your ultimate and helps you get on the tanky route.
Skirmisher's Sabre - Magus is another worthy pick as evelynn scales really well with AP, meaning that you will be going for a more magic damage route.
Skirmisher's Sabre - Warrior isn't the best item to pick up on Evelynn as she doesn't benefit from the armor penetration however if you insist on going for a more AD oriented route then id recommend getting this.
Abyssal Mask is great as it gives you ability power, magic resistance and a magic penetration aura to your whole team.
Warmog's Armor works well with Skirmisher's Sabre - Cinderhulk (MOAR HP) and will give you health regen as well as mana regen from Shadow Walk.
Blade of the Ruined King and Hextech Gunblade are great damage items for the AD Route. Lich Bane and Rabadons deathcap]] are great for the AP route. And Iceborn Gauntlet is a good item for all builds build.
The other items listed are all in consideration with what team comp you are against or what playstyle you prefer, so pick and chose what build you want to go for at your own accord.
Max Hate Spike first as it is your main source of damage and is your main spammable ability.
Next max Ravage as it deals 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115 (+ 50% AP) (+ 50% bonus AD) per hit and gives you a 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120% attack speed buff for 3 seconds.
Max Agony's Embrace as soon as possible as it gives you a 150 / 225 / 300 shield per champion hit (750 / 1125 / 1500 max shield strength), deals 15 / 20 / 25% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of enemies' current health as magic damage and slows for 30 / 50 / 70%.
Lastly max Dark Frenzy as its the least useful ability as it removes your invisibility passive however it still gives a 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% movement speed buff and will remove all slows but it is just not worth maxing it until last for the movement speed buff alone.
The map above shows you the numbered order in which to do your camps on both blue side and purple side, the route is the exact same no matter what side you start on.
1. Krug camp - I always start the krug camp as when you Smite it you get the heavy hands buff which means that every 5 basic attacks you will stun your target. If you are not confident with jungling this way on purple side then you should start gromp-blue-wolves-red-krugs-chickens
2. Red buff - Red buff gives you passive healing when in combat with monsters which helps a lot with your sustain when clearing camps.
3. Blue buff - blue buff gives you the extra mana sustain that helps a lot with jungle clears.
4. Murk Wolves - If you smite the blue buff then its a good idea to do wolves as you can heal up and get some mana back before you head to the next camp.
5. Gromp - Smite the gromp to get the poison buff that it gives, it will help a lot with jungle clears.
6. Raptors - Finish off your clear by clearing the raptor camp, after you have cleared the raptors head to base for your first purchases.
The new jungle has many benefits from the buff's that the new jungle camps give, which you can use to your advantage. For example if i wanted to scout a lane and i didn't know if it was warded, i would smite the raptor camp to give me the true vision buff to clear any wards on/near that lane. Or say there was a team fight about to occur, i would smite the Gromp camp to get the poison buff that it gives which would aid me when taking damage from basic attacks in teamfights. Be sure to plan your jungle route in consideration with what you want to do next.
Its best to save your ultimate for teamfights however if needed then it can be a useful ganking tool (for the slow or for getting you out of a sticky situation)
