Singed is cool as ****.
Anyone who has a mega evil laugh, big old nose, and is bald af is the ultimate bad guy and should be feared.

When you pick Singed you become the ultimate tool. You are both ungankable and unchaseable, and anyone who challenges this will slowly die to your cheese gas before realizing their mistakes.

The problem is, not many people can effectively play Singed these days. It's sad to see the majority of Top Laners playing "skill" champs, and ignoring the fun and challenge that comes from Singed(yes, there is challenge, and i'll get to that in a moment).

Now, Singed is a split pusher at his core. His main job(and his favorite job) is getting whole teams to follow you and lose lane during your wild goose chase. While they are off chasing your bald head into the sunset, your team is back home working their 9-5 jobs and getting things done.

There are 4 things to keep in mind while playing as Singed.

1. Despite popular belief, you DO take skill

The sliver of health you often see players like Singed420 and AdiladeSkyheart get away with is the difference between a good Singed and a bad one. You need to know exactly how much dmg you can take before dying, exactly how much you will regen with potions and your Ult, and exactly how long your poison will tick and for how much. Getting these down will take a lot of game knowledge and math ability, but with some practice you can be the best "no skill fkin champ" main out there.

2. Singed WILL die

You will die. Singed gets a lot of focus from Junglers and laners at all stages of the game. You will get camped. You will die. You can't escape everything.

3. CC = Death

As Singed, CC is the worst and most frustrating way to go. You will get gang-banged harder and faster than a prisoner with a fat ***. Avoiding CC is one of your highest priorities in a teamfight.

4. Wasted time is worse than death

Singed is a time waster. His job is to get the enemies to chase them and lose out on farm and exp until they're farther behind than the blind and deaf kid in a trade caravan. Even if you don't get a kill on them, you still screwed them over, and that is a big help for your team.

Singed doesn't lane. He proxies.
As Singed, your signature move is killing minions behind enemy lines so that your minions can advance to the tower freely. This forces the enemy to either take the tower dmg and farm under turret the best they can, or chase you and miss farm that way. It's a lose lose situation and it will consistently give you towers and let you win lane.

The drawback to this is how much it ****ing hurts.

Not only are you tanking all of the minion dmg, but you are very free to be traded with or ganked. The dangers are great, but you have a trick up your sleeves. Your ult will give you extra AP, Armor, MR, MS, and regen. So when the enemy comes to kill you when you're low, you pop this and run away. You can usually escape, and the extra dmg sometimes will get you a kill if they're dumb enough.

The most powerful skill Singed has is also the most dangerous.

Singed can sneak into the enemy base and begin proxying 2 waves at once, usually the Mid and top lanes. Doing so puts immense pressure on the map and lets your team take towers with no repercussions. Sadly, this also steals farm from the midlane, and leaves singed very vulnerable.

You have the potential to get fed af, but you will likely die, and get flamed by the midlaner.

Don't attempt this unless you're confident, or you've already died so often you're not worth the kill gold.
