Lane Phase

Poke the enemy champion as much as possible but try not to push the lane
Take into account your first power spike at level 2
Ward both sides of the lane with your Stealth Wards and pay attention to the minimap
If you manage to shove the minion wave you also have the option of roaming with Assassin's Path (your will be much more effective when you're at least level 6 but it can still get you some really kills early on in the game)

Teamfighting

You're very squishy and you'll need to look for squishy targets that are isolated to delete or just flank the enemies.
Talon also makes a pretty decent split pusher. If you're way ahead than there shouldn't be anyone who can 1v1 you so put a ton of pressure on a side lane. Ward deep and if they rotate for you then you can easily escape with Assassin's Path. If they send only on person then you can delete them with Youmuu's Ghostblade + Shadow Assault.
In a full blown teamfight, try and keep track of their cooldwons. Don't just jump in at the start or you'll get cc'ed and die really quickly.

Lane Harassment

Level-1-Combo (very effective against melee champions, e. g. Zed, Yasuo, Fizz, Ekko, Fiora, Camille but not Jax)

Hit the enemy with an auto attack
Use Noxian Diplomacy
Auto-attack again

Level-2-Combo

Start with Rake
After the blades return jump on the enemy with Noxian Diplomacy
Finish with an auto attack

Level-2-Combo against melee champions (Zed, Yasuo, Fizz, Ekko)

Hit the enemy champion with Rake
Hit him with an auto attack
Use Noxian Diplomacy for your next hit
Finish with an auto attack

All-in Combo (Flower Combo)

Send out your Rake
Hop on the enemy with Noxian Diplomacy
While leaping to the target ctivate Shadow Assault
Finally, hit the enemy with an auto attack so that the blades of Shadow Assault converge on the target

All-in Combo (Hedgehog Combo)

Send out your Rake
Cancel the animation time by flashing to the target
Activate Shadow Assault
Hit the enemy with an auto attack so that the blades of Shadow Assault converge on the enemy
Hit the enemy with Noxian Diplomacy
Finish with another auto attack
