For me, Ryze is an unplayable matchup. He got an point and click stun and also is very fast when he gets his combo. so try to stay long ranged against him and harass him early. wave control can also help against him.

Champion Build Guide
Corki is a unique character, which builds AD, but mostly does magic damage. I really like Corki and his playstyle, the package, Hextech Munitions, his passive, is one of the best none-ultimate abilities. With Corki you can easy climb out of low elo, because most of the people you will meet, doesn´t know how corki function and can´t say how much damage you do.
+ Safe pick against every Champion + Good roaming potential with Hextech Munitions + Good poke against short ranged Champions + Good wave clear/control + Strong teamfights + Late game burst Corki is one of the best solo queue mid laners because you wont loose any matchup when you just farm safe. Corki gets most of his powerspikes in midgame, but dont underestimate his damage in lategame. With an crit you can literally oneshot any squishie on the enemy team. Corki is also an beast in teamfights, which makes him a solo-carry. |
- Hard mana consumely - Easy target for asassins in early. - You got no CC - Corkis only escape Valkyrie has high CD and also isn´t as long ranged as other escaping abilities. Corki is still an ADC, so he is an easy target if he get´s out of position. Also his most damage (in late) comes from his Missile Barrage which isn´t the easiest to hit. Also in laning phase your mana consumption is very high till your sheen. |
Flash: Always take flash. | Teleport: Teleport is the most second used mastery spell. I would suggest it for matchups where you wanna play safe, or you think that you need to have good wave control. |
Exhaust: Exhaust is always an answer against burst AD like Yasuo, Zed, Talon, ... | Heal: Heal is an safe option against champs which can burst you down. the hp recover and movement speed gives you always an safe escape. |
Ignite: Ignite is good against easy matchups where you can get early kills to snowball the game. |

TIPPS:
One thing i always do if i can, is to farm till 1050 gold, then buy Sheen and Teleport back on lane. Then farm again untill you got your Hextech Munitions up, then base and buy Phage or parts of that item. Then you wanna go mid and push out to go roam.
The best thing you can do is Hextech Munitions behind the enemys to kick them to your mates or leave the trail in front of them so they need to go through or flash.
After your third base you can start buy Boots, because before that, you dont need boots cuz of the way you used your Teleport and your Hextech Munitions.
By now you should start to to roam mainly and try to focus on objectives and free kills. In low-elo many people start to group in mid, which is actually good for corki because you can easily out damage every champion.
It is the Trinity Force + Sorcerer's Shoes + Rapid Firecannon + Infinity Edge + Statikk Shiv Itembuild. Now it is time to teamfight and catch squishies.
You can also try to poke down the enemy team with your Missile Barrage. A thing that is one of the most important things is positioning. With good positioning you can easily win any teamfight. but you can also loose every, if you are bad positioned.
If you got your Hextech Munitions ready, and picked it up, don´t try to fly into the enemy team and make plays. In late, the Hextech Munitions is for repositioning, zoning and escaping.
