Singed Passive Ability
Introduction
Singed is an extremely overpowered champion in Twisted Treeline. His ability to safely overextend while farming causes him to be constantly banned in Ranked Twisted Treeline.

The extra mana will keep Singed going for longer, while also slightly increasing his HP. The movement speed is almost essential on Singed
If you wish to take Summoner's Wrath , since you will be taking two offence spells, I'm not going to stop you.
Runes
I take Greater Mark of Magic Penetration for increased damage output, and Greater Seal of Armor + Greater Glyph of Magic Resist for tankiness. Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed for increased mobility.
Empowered Bulwark
Increases your HP by 2.5 for every 10 mana you have.
A nifty passive. Allows Singed to be quite tanky even without that many items.
Poison Trail
Toggle: Singed lays a poisonous trail which lasts for 3.25 seconds and deals 22 / 34 / 46 / 58 / 70 (+30% of ability power) magic damage per second to enemies for 3 seconds.
Pretty much the reason people rage at the sight of Singed. A DoT spell with a scale ratio of 30%, or 90% for a single round of DoT. This skill would do massive damage and all you will need to do to press Q and walk.
Being our main source damage, max this first. Remember to leave this on when being chased.
Mega Adhesive
Singed throws a vial of mega adhesive on the ground causing all enemies who touch it to be slowed by 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 / 75% for as long as they are in the adhesive and for 1 second once they are out of it.
An amazing CC, slowing for 75% at max level. This can be used when being chased or chasing. Note that you CANNOT cleanse this slow. There are so many things you could do with this spell.
Fling
Singed flings an enemy over his shoulder, dealing 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+100% of ability power) magic damage.
OP. Has an 100% AP ratio, and an amazing affect. Just like a Blitzcrank pull, the enemy will normally be devastated if they get hit by this spell. But with Singed, despite the melee range on this spell, his high mobility and slows will easily allow him to fling enemies.
There are a few things you should consider before you fling an enemy though, and that is whether it is wise to fling that champion. For example, Tryndamere is also one of the most OP champions in Twisted Treeline. Flinging him into your team is suicide. He will just use his ult and wreck your team.
Don't forget that fling can cancel channel spells, which makes it extremely effective against champions like Fiddlesticks.
Insanity Potion
Singed drinks a potent brew of chemicals, granting him 10 / 15 / 20% crowd control reduction and 35 / 50 / 65 ability power, armor, magic resistance, movement speed, health regeneration per 5, and mana regeneration per 5 for 25 seconds.
This steroid will drive the enemy team insane. This gives you an immense amount of defence and power, while also increasing your sustain by a lot. It does last for 25 seconds, so don't save until the end of the fight and instead, use it to engage.
I expect a lot of criticism on whether to max Fling or Mega Adhesive first. If you are pushing extremely hard, which is what Singed does, I suggest you max Mega Adhesive first for an easier escape from ganks.
Suggested Spells
Ghost
Exhaust
Ignite
Flash
Cleanse
Smite
Don't take any other spells.
Viable if you find yourself extremely fed.
I don't see why not.
Take this when the enemy team has a high amount of AD or a fed AD carry.
Suggested boots. Gives a high amount of magic resist and also allows you to further reduce CCs.
Always build this first unless you find yourself short of gold. In that situation you can replace Rod of Ages with a Haunting Guise.
A good amount of AP and magic resist with a great aura.
Surprise your enemies by using this item when about to die. Then watch in delight as the enemy suffocates from your poison. Also comes with a high amount of AP and good armour.
80AP and 500 AP. A great buy for Singed. Your enemies will be slowed when they are in your poison, rendering it even more effective. Also, your fling now comes with a 35% slow.
Good if you're fed and they're stacking magic resist.
MASSIVE AP BOOST.The only downside is that it has no other stats than AP. If you are going to buy this, I suggest you buy it last as you will need to be tanky to survive in Twisted Treeline as Singed.
In terms or armour, Frozen Heart is second only to Thornmail with an amazing 99 armour to Thornmail's 100. A large amount of passive contributing Empowered Bulwark mixed with a passive that shuts down ADs makes this item a great pick when battling ADs. The CDR will always help.
A great item on Singed. Gives movement speed and the highest amount of magic resist in the game. Also gives a huge HP5 bonus.
100 armour and also returns 30% of the damage back as magic damage. However, there are no other stats. This item is only suggested against fed AD carries.
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY GOLD
Increased your health and armour, and increases your damage in teamfights. A good pick.
Good amounts of mana, HP and magic resist. Passive allows you to block one spell. Use it when battling people who rely on hitting a spell to engage, such as Amumu and Blitzcrank.
Not a bad item. It increases your health regen, and increases the effectiveness of the health regen on your ult. The CDR allows you to use your ult more often.
Elixirs
Vision of the map is key to victory in Twisted Treeline. Make sure that if you're not constantly dying, get this to deny the enemy's map domination.
First elixir you should be getting if you need one.
Get this second for the CDR and AP.
Get this if you have absolutely nothing else to buy.
The jungle is the most important part of the map. Dominating the jungle is dominating the game. Unlike Summoner's Rift, the point is to push as far as possible, to allow time for you to jungle while your minions are at their turret. This is what makes Singed so OP, as he can easily escape ganks if he overextends, and he is a really hard pusher. Unfortunately, you won't be doing much to the dragon, which is pretty much the Twisted Treeline mix between Baron and Dragon. It gives 280 global gold and 1% extra damage per level buff. Keeping this neutral under control usually means you have won the game. However, as Singed you can apply pressure to the lanes to prevent your teammates being ganked while they dragon. If the enemy tries to gank, you will be able to take the turret.
In teamfights, make sure you are always in front of your carry and are focussing the enemy carries. As a tank you should be soaking up damage for your team.

Put a vision ward here
There are a few other area you should ward, and even thought they are not as important as the intersections, it will help your map control.
