He is very tanky, and has good mobility despite that. He can easily isolate you from teammates and important positions that would help you win against him. If you have to fight against him, you'll want to take a bruiser build, but if the rest of his team is squishy it might be better to path around him, and assassinate his teammates. Still, a very difficult matchup, dont pick rengar into him.

Absolute trash champion, he can counterpick your bruiser and your assassin forms depending

Nasus
If you can keep top lane nasus safe from enemy jungle ganks then his scaling will allow you to win most team fights. If he uses his W to slow someone, usually they try to peel with their team. This is the best time to try and kill them, and infiltrate the backline, putting them between focusing you down or focusing nasus down, both of which will usually get them killed.
Maokai
Extreme amounts of CC and sustain means that the enemy usually needs to focus him down. Diving the backline, even if it only gets you killed, can let him shatter through them and help the rest of your team clean up the mess.
Tahm Kench
Asking Tahm Kench to smuggle you into the enemy jungle or onto an objective usually results in a kill or a steal respectively. it does take good coordination, but it is well worth it for a stealth invade.
Ornn
Helping Ornn get ahead of his laner frees up a great teamfight anchor, on top of that, he enables you to take Infinity Edge feasibly, an item you wouldnt normally build, but when he upgrades it gives you a great power spike to help seal a games fate.

Nidalee
Nidalee support can be alot of fun to have on your team as a rengar. On top of your combined tendencies to stay near bushes, having an AP and AD assassin on your team means that the enemy team will have a very hard time itemizing resistances.

Ivern
The problems with ivern's synergy is that it usually is not practical to have him on your team if you are playing jungle rengar. In top lane he is an absolute godsend of a jungler, but we evaluate synergies here based on a jungle rengar pick.
Here he is only useful as a support, tell him to make a wall of bushes at the entrance to the river, and the enemy bot lane wont even think of trying to push the lane, letting you easily take objectives on the other side of the map.
Still, sub-optimal at best.
Karthus
Having a Karthus mid can be very helpful for cleaning up kills you wouldnt normally get. If the tanky enemy top lane just barely peeped out of the gank, having him execute them with his ult can be the difference between a 4 stacked necklace, and a full +25% damage increase at 5 stacks.
