Introduction
Fizz is an ability power based, melee assassin with high burst potential and a great amount of mobility. He is very flexible and can have a devastating impact in team fights when played correctly. Fizz snowballs incredibly hard in-game and is usually a deciding factor whether a team wins or loses the game and can easily distinguish if a player is good or bad.

Nuff said.

With the already stacked DoT,

As a melee assassin Fizz is required to position himself in dangerous areas during teamfights. As a result i developed this build in order to compliment Fizz's playstyle where he enters a fight, does his damage and immediately jumps back out in order to wait for cooldowns. The build is aimed at reducing the resistances of enemies in teamfights and making maximum use of all the resources Fizz has at his disposal and even reduces the fall-off of ignite during the late game.
But at the end of the day its just satisfying to see an enemy disappear into the fog of war with 400 or so health left and then suddenly die. Thanks for reading :P
