You can make them up yourself. I don't know too much of them but Sion is pretty fun. You can go right through any cc with your ult and he is really really fast.

If you can max your ultimates range, you can clear a minion wave the fastest by e'ing the whole thing, w + q and the wave is whipped.
Inting sion is when you just go for the turrets and push the wave as fast as you can to the point where the enemy is shooting you and you don't fight back making them not have fun killing you making them leave you alone. The more deaths the better but also the worst for some people.
In ranked building full tank sion is not very good. It really sucks. You can tank 1 v 5 for 10 seconds but you can't do anything without the damage you could have.
If you haven't realized people can't see you're q charging up when you're not in their vision so you can really turn the tides and surprise the enemy team. So you can really take this to your advantage as usually your q just gets cancel 3/4 times that you charge it up. Since they also can't see the q you can hit it actually instead of them dodging it every time.
