Introduction

Jarvan is a very strong early game champion so use your level 3 to an advantage do some surprising burst damage with q and auto-passive.

Runes

You wont have to actually buy any armor pen items like black cleaver and last whisper. Just focus on the main build since you will have the armor pen you need in the late game from your runes and masteries and your q.

Masteries

Make sure not to leave out the movement speed in utility. This extra little movement speed is actually very important due to experience as a jungler. The 1.5% is all the difference from making out of a skirmish alive or dying to the enemy.

Skill Sequence

Engage a duel with your opposing enemy with a knock up from your e-q. Then auto attack them combined with a slow from your w after the knock up is finished in order to make use of your slow and autos. Afterwards if the enemy has either flashed or used some escape, dunk them and unleash hell in your little arena.

Ranked Play

Be a man and use this in a ranked game. Otherwise just buy partially the items I've set up and add some extra tankiness.

Pros / Cons

Pros: Very strong early. Very strong late with build. Huge burst with skillsets. Has a shield that some champions need to duel. Has swag flag.
Cons: EQ combo can be canceled such as a flay if you watch lcs. If you dont commit to a successful EQ combo, then who must you be.
