I start with
and 3
since shaco is a very utility based champion who can move around the map. When i get enough money i head back base for philosopher's stone, for mana regen, health regen and some extra income. Shaco uses quite a lot of mana so philo is a great early game purchase.
After getting philosopher's stone i get kage's lucky pick for more income and to get ready to get
. After kage's lucky pick i get
for more mobility and to get early game magic penetration.
After tier 2 boots i buy
which is a under rated item and a great choice for any ap shaco since it gives a great amount of survivability and mana regen which u need. Then i get a early
for a huge amount of ap.
I then proceed on getting
, which is a good item for any fast nuker. Then i buy
for extra slow and health. For the last item i either buy
, if the enemy team has stacked magic resist, or
if the enemy team has good harassers. You may also want to sell
and buy
for some more damage out put

Mid lane:
If you are on mid lane u should put 2-3
on blue buff to let your jungler kill blue buff without using smite, it also makes the jungler jungle faster. Early game try to get some creeps with auto attacks, but dont harass with
until you are level 3, then start chucking it every possible time u can on enemy mid laner.
After about 3-4
the enemy champion should be on about 200-300 health and you should be on about level 4 or so, when
comes off cooldown jump in with
, crit with it, throw
, and throw
that should finish off the enemy champ and let u
to get philosopher's stone and maby even kage's lucky pick. After that you should be dominating your mid lane and u can gank top, bottom or even try to kil their jungler in their jung.
Get
and grab a fast
for more mana regen and health regen and for the great tenacity that u might need if u get stunned. Later in game remember to try and make traps with team mates such as solo top teemo or a caitlyn bot lane carry, if u get the traps in great place with your
you can act like your team is taking baron or dragon and get a easy team fight and maby win the game with it.
Counter jung:
This works when either your team has a low mana requiring jungler, no jungler, or that your team goes and steals their blue.
Start with same items
and 3
. Grab a fast blue with
, Start putting down
when the clock hits 0:58 since they only last 1 minute anymore, once getting level 2 from golem camp head to their red buff depending on their jungler, if mana based jungler start laying
on the bush next to wraiths, or if the jungler is going to start wraiths and then red buff u can place
on the lizard camps bush where u cannot be seen and the jungler will likely go in the bush and u get a easy first blood.
After succeeding or not succeeding in killing the jungler try ganking any lane depending on the lane if its pushed or not. U may try to leech some xp or even take a couple of creeps if the gank fails.
philosopher's stone and kage's lucky pick are great choices when counter jungling since u can put
in the enemy jungle acting as wards to see where the jungler is and where he is going.
You can use same tactics as when playing on mid lane, traps and such.

You can use same tactics as when playing on mid lane, traps and such.
Pros:
- Does a lot of damage early and mid game and can make great traps end game and mid game.
- A lot of map vision with
if places well
- Can lockdown enemy mid lane or jungler and play almost a 4v5
- If mastered u can almost never die and escape any situation with getting a kill if lucky.
- Can lure people with
Cons:
- Bad in team fights when your team engages, since can burst only one person unless
hits more than 1 person
-
last only 1 minute.
- Squishy and hard to play.

Cant farm that much, but u can use your ultimate
to farm creeps, since it had quite a low cooldown and not that high of a mana cost. Also end game you may have a high mana regen so you may want to use mana to farm creeps also using the benefit of your passive
you deal more damage when hitting minions on the back.
