In Aram I prefer scaling runes where possible. The early levels go so fast, you reach the full rune potential at lvl 18 before you know it and somewhere halfway the scaling tips and becomes better than the flat ones anyway.

Take the 1 mark of Critical Chance, so you can have that odd crit early game to surprise the enemy.
