Introduction

Teemo = HIT AND RUN

Don't pick teemo
if you dont have two tanky champions in ur team.
if you are not good control.
if you are not good map reading.
if you are not good hit and run style.
if you choice for AD carry(bot) because other AD carries have longer range than Teemo.
if you choice for AP nuker(mid) because Teemo is not nuker.
if you choice for jungler(jungle) because Teemo has glass body.

Teemo is strong to
who slower than Teemo.
who has low range than Teemo.
who doesn't have rush skil and high damege.

Spells

Flash is a necessary spell.
and you can choice another spell. I recommend Ignite, Exhaust, or Teleport

Ignite gives a chance to kill
Exhaust makes easy to survive and good for teamfight
Teleport quick backup for team

I recomend 21/9/0, and I recomend have both AD and AP penetrations because to deal more demage.

These Rune settings are for deal more damage with Hybrid Penetration runes. Hybrid runes exist for Teemo.

Of course, you can use Greater Mark of Armor Penetration, Greater Mark of Attack Damage, Greater Mark of Attack Speed, Greater Mark of Magic Penetration, Greater Quintessence of Ability Power, Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration, Greater Quintessence of Armor Penetration, Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage, Greater Quintessence of Hybrid Penetration instead of Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration and Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed.

But I dont have enought money to buy Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration, so I use Greater Mark of Attack Speed.

Blinding Dart has high damege on lvl 1.
I master Blinding Dart at lvl 15 becasue early game is done and start mid game when champs are around lvl 11. Teamfight outbreaks in mid game, so Blinding Dart is more helpful than Move Quick during teamfight. Ah! In early game, don't use Blinding Dart for hit and run.Use Blinding Dart when enemy approach and use Blinding Dart before enemy basic attacks.

Move Quick helps to hit and RUN.
Move Quick is good for run away and chase. That means Move Quick is good for run after hit enemy. But Move Quick is more helpful than Blinding Dart in early game.

Toxic Shot helps to deal high damege when you hit and run.
Players forgets posion damage of Toxic Shot. Don't forget, posion damage of Toxic Shot is realy strong. So try to hit 1 time after each 4 second later when you try to hit and run.

Noxious Trap gives high viability from gank and make to dominate map.
Set bush and river in early game, it givse high viability form gank. Lets set near by Baron and Dragon in middle game because most teamfight outbreaks cause of Baron and Dragon. If you set Noxious Trap well, you should dominate map(don't carry 0 or 3 Noxious Trap).

Items

Don't forget buy 1~2 Sight Ward every time when you come back to home. If you try to save 75~150 Gold, you offer 300 Gold to enemy. Don't be stupid. Depending on the situation, you should change item sequence.

AD Items
Wit's End deals 42 magic damage.

Warmog's Armor gives extra health point. These are helps in early game. And these day all laners use Warmog's Armor even abandon a offence item.

Blade of the Ruined King: Teemo has shorter range than other AD carries(Teemo has 500 range). Life steal makes safer play who has short range like Teemo. These day many champs get Warmog's Armor, that's why Teemo gets Blade of the Ruined King.

Last Whisper reduces armor, and it is all AD carries's core item. This is good with Blade of the Ruined King.

Black Cleaver is new OP item. This is good with Blade of the Ruined King.

Runaan's Hurricane is instead of Wit's End in late game. This is one of AD carries's core item. Wit's End deals low damage in late game, so Runaan's Hurricane is better than Wit's End in late game. But dont get Runaan's Hurricane in early game because Wit's End is better than Runaan's Hurricane in early game, and Runaan's Hurricane should push lane easily. Runaan's Hurricane is good with Black Cleaver, and Blade of the Ruined King.

AP Items
Malady deals 15+10% of AP magic damage and reduce magic resistance. It deals every basic deal with 55% AP because Malady, Spellsword , and Toxic Shot.

Rod of Ages gives extra HP. These day many champs get Warmog's Armor, so we should have round 1000HP, but Rod of Ages is expensive and it should get before 20 min.

Rabadon's Deathcap increase 25% AP. It makes increase damage Malady, Toxic Shot, and Spellsword .

Void Staff is all AP nukers's core item. It makes around 0 magic resistance with Malady and Sorcerer's Shoes.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter gives extra health, but slow does not work with Toxic Shot.

ealy game

Hit and Run
Don't fight 1 vs 1
If you fight 1 vs 1, you should fight with your minions.
Set Noxious Trap in bush and on river at early game it givse high viability form gank(don't carry 0 or 3 Noxious Trap). But don't think like 'I have Noxious Trap, so I don't need Sight Ward.' Buy Sight Ward!!! Teemo is good in early game at top, but easy to die.

middle and late game

In middle game, set Noxious Trap near by Baron and Dragon(people have teamfight to get Baron and Dragon). During teamfight set Noxious Trap front of your AD carry and AP nuker and use Blinding Dart to opposite AD carry and hit with basic attack as AD carry. And dominate map with Noxious Trap.

Summary

Teemo is strong at early game
and who slower than Teemo, who doesn't have rush ability, and who has shorter range than Teemo
If you play AP Teemo, check ur teammates' champions.
If there are 2 tankers (jungler and supporter), u should choice AP Teemo(i mean weak body teemo)
Your play style alaways HIT AND RUN. Dont forget this style.
In early game, set Noxious Trap at river side and bush to prevent gank. and in middle game, set Noxious Trap near by Baron and Dragon(people have teamfight to get Baron and Dragon)
during teamfight set Noxious Trap front of your AD carry and AP nuker and use Blinding Dart to opposite AD carry and hit with basic attack as AD carry.
