Hello, i'm here to guide you through the ways of the BLUE EZREAL! It's currently under construction and is still tested in ranked games, so stay tuned for updates! This guide is great because of the cost efficient damage (elder lizard), kite power! First, you have to hit your mystic shots, those are important as hell not only because of the slow, damage, true damage DOT but also because of the cooldown reduction on your other spells.

Since your damage in early game comes from true damage, you don't need much armor pen. In late game, Last Whisper will give you this. Flat armor is used in lane and scaling MR is important in late and mid game when you will meet ap carries. Flat ad increases your early power well.

As you can see, i use quite offensive masteries, well that is because if you got into a situation where you are caught by a couple of enemies, your E, Barrier, kite and Flash will help. If these couldn't help you, defensive masteries wouldn't had been able to either. You need spell damage on hit because of the couple of AP you will get from Iceborn Gauntlet. Also, magic pen is nice since your 4 abilities including your awesome OP ult deal magic damage.

Obviously max Q, no questions why i think. Some players like to get W only at 13 but I think combined with Spirit of The Lizard Elder and magic pen, you can make quite a good poke in lane with it. E is maxed second, because this is your most common escape tool.

The easiest way to get an advantage on the enemy adc is to deny his creeps with the Q and Lizard Elder damage. This is quite easy. If you can't do that because of any reasons, use your Q for taking last hits when your auto attack is on cooldown.

Always stay behind your team, don't be on the front. Not only can you deal damage from there while being save but your team can protect you easier. You gotta focus the main damage dealer of the enemy team ( usually adc or apc ) but if your life in in danger because of some other guy ( a tanky bruiser jumping at you for example ) you have to spam him with your Q and kite him. Dying to take out one of the enemys is usually not worth for your team (if you did badly and you are not that big of a deal for them, then take out the focused enemy at any cost).
