I first discovered this build when i was watching a famous streamer and he was making up this weird build for ezreal. I was just thinking "He's obviously just trolling or something" But soon enough with his 200 farm he had this full build and was casting his q every second of the game.

This build is not very strong off the start so make sure you farm as much as you can to get your full build! You will have good mana regen off the start, if need be use your q to farm if your under pressure constantly.

With your full build try to kite as much as possible. You will basically have you Q up ever second and your E up every 5 seconds (if your constantly hitting with your q) The iceborn gauntlets slows your opponents and spirit lizard does constant burn dps. You can basically kite anyone, run from anyone, or chase anyone without troubles.
