Threats & Synergies
Top laners that can out poke you provide a decent threat, Quinn is the biggest because she can maximize poking potential and more easily wins trades.
Jax ist that big off a deal because he is always trying to get a up in your face poke, meaning you can stack your passive faster and making him a easy target.
Yasuo in general can be killed by darius most of the time, you counter his hard burst every time.
Irelia can keep up with your cs game so poke whenever possible and try to get a few kills off of her to keep up with cs.
Teemo constantly pokes which makes it hard for you to farm, making you back constantly and then him getting the upper hand in cs.
Aatrox wont pose a threat if you can dodge his abilitys, otherwise you can outplay him and also get a few kills off of him.
A good gangplank can constantly poke and keep up with your cs, i dont see this often so this is why he is only a 4, but for higher ranking people like diamond and above, I would watch out for gangplank
I would say that Garen and Darius go even in almost all fights, attempt to get Garen to use his abilitys and then engaging while they are on cooldown.
Mundo provides a decent poke and heal making it almost impossible for him to leave lane, you either have to just be better at getting cs than him, corner him under tower, or get a gank and kill him.
Yorick can keep up with your cs and tower pushing capability but you can beat him in a 1v1, you can get a early kill lead on Yorick if you drag him in with e and pull combos.
She can definitely poke you but she doesn't have the tankiness to keep up with your poke, use that to your advantage and tank her damage while she soaks yours.
Illaoi has to depend on the character she is fighting to not be able to take hits and regen back from it, poke her and take advantage of your 1v1 advantage.
Tahm can go even both ways, dont play it cocky when fighting tahm, try to poke instead of getting up to him.
Junglers with lots of cc and burst potential give you a good ideal to your top lane, providing a good flank while you tank damage.
Champion Build Guide
I've always ran the same thing and its always worked (and im really bored on a Saturday night at 11:55 pm).
This build prioritizes early game dominance and to maximize damage along with pushing potential!
Its meant to make you to recall as least as possible so you can easily farm and push while you poke the enemy down on hp. This build will push you ahead of farm giving you a easy gold advantage to then dominate late game with your early game prosper.
Now im not a professional player its just that ive been using this build for all of my Darius maining days, with leads like beating the opponent in cs by 40 it gives you the chance to get items first back and teleport back only to farm and do the exact same thing.
I do not think that you should use this exact guide, this only fitted to my play style (which is amazingly cocky with alot of enemy jungler ganks) so you can tinker around with it until you find one that you are satisfied with.
