Fizz is an assassin highly reliant on his abilities to delete carries and happens to have a great deal of mobility and a high skill cap, making him enjoyable.

Also, **** creep block and his passive makes him ignore unit collision so that stuff is hella dope.

Levels 1 through 3

When below level 3, fizz is incredibly weak and incredibly weak. He is vulnerable to poke in this stage which is why you start corrupting pot, and starting your E makes sure you do not die before you hit level 3. Once your level 3 and your health is low, with no remaining pots, backing and teleporting back to lane is a good way to gain the advantage

Levels 3-18

Through these levels, you can win all ins against most champions, so abusing that is the key to getting kills, once you get your ult, roaming is an effective way to get your other lanes ahead
