[*] You must have Rod of Ages as the first item or if you going versus ad champ you can go for the Iceborn.
[*] Second item pick something tanky.
[*] Third item allways need to be some boots.
[*] Forth itemGo for some AP+HP like Liandry's or Rylai's.
[*] Fifth item.6th item can be like Guardian Angel,Thormail,Sunfire Cape,Randuins Omen,...
