how to early
chill farming, the all in are not a good idea in galio, and the worst lack of his kit is the escape, once u in u can't go out (the only possiblility is to use the W as escape, but it could not work)
i suggest to not punsh and find poke and little trade near ur tower
never try a long trade, only some control mage are worst than Galio in long trade
you should be able to take the 1st blood if u have ignite, try to only poke till level 4 and than go for a all in, if the enemy in under 2/3 of life it should work.
