Champion Build Guide
Intro
Hi I’m Some, A Mid Player with an affinity for Assassins, Inting, and Jank Picks.
Although this is not the first graves mid build guide, and is definitely not the best or most professional build guide, it is the best and most professional build guide you will find from a bronze IV player.
Before we do start, however, I would like to say that the runes and the inspiration for this guide were not of my own fruition, but rather a ****Huap Video on an EU player name Bellaciao, and I will link the video here as this guy is a mad lad and is definitely someone to look into if you want to improve this pick:

Why play Graves Mid?
There are several reasons why graves mid has become more of a viable pick than ever, and I’ll go over a few in this section. The largest thing for graves mid, much like a lot of new off meta picks, is the S11 item changes, more specifically, the improvement of ADC Mythics. As Graves is the Father of all ADC’s, being so old that the role isn’t good enough for him anymore, the new ADC items work well with him and his kit.
With Regards to the champ himself, he has a few tricks up his sleeve; He has a small advantage in Pick Ban due to him being commonly played In the jungle, his lvl 1 and lvl 2 is very strong with Electrocute and can net you First Blood or an Early Kill pretty easily, With Crit he scales pretty well and can 1v9, and with demolish he can punish roamers by taking their tower at 8 minutes and can get a free plate off of their back. His largest strength lies in his skirmishing skills, however, as he has the ability to gain prio like it’s no ones business, and then has supportive abilities in his W and passive, and offensive abilities for the rest of his kit, so your jungler can get crab and then you’ll be on their good side for the rest of the game.
TL;DR: Graves mid is a suprisingly rewarding and fun pick, and it’s offmeta-ness is great

What Runes, What Items, and Why?
To Start with the runes, we’ll go over your primary Rune page that you will be taking in most, if not all matchups; Electrocute
Electrocute: This is the best rune on Graves mid for a strong landing phase, and compliments your ability to get an early kill, get early harass, and perform a one shot combo at lvl 6.
Sudden Impact: This is great with how low your e cooldown gets late game, and is better than taste of blood due to having enough sustain in the resolve tree already, and is better that cheap shot as it only procks off of W, which has a long base cooldown and is your last ability to max.
Eyeball Collection: A bit self explanatory, allows you to snowball a bit harder. If into a tough matchup where you can’t kill early or into a perma ganking jungler, then poro ward is viable too.
Relentless Hunter: Can be exchanged for ultimate hunter, but is good to get to skirmishes and traverse the map, while also allowing easier roaming.
Demolish: is very good on graves as it allows him to punish roaming or backed Laners, while also supporting his incredible wave clear by allowing him to secure a plate every time he can prock it, gaining an early tower and snowballing him even harder.
Bone Plating: All the sustain he needs. Negates poke pretty well and can protect him from danger during all ins
After this, the smaller runes are all comfort, but the recommended runes are attack speed, adaptive force, and then whatever resistance you need for lane. These complement this build and his kit greatly, so I would recommend not going too far off of these.
The conqueror build is a W.I.P, so I will update that build as I use it more.
