and protobelt.
Ignite is my favorite summoner to take on shaco. It lets you get that small bit of extra damage to finish off the kill.
Flash or Exhaust with Teleport could help beginner shaco players, but I know all of you want those kills so I suggest just taking ignite.
So next is Runes -
Marks - Ad, Magicpen or Hybrid pen
Ad helps out with csing and a little bit with poke. It's good for early game, helping you to cs better. Backstab also helps you out with that, but if you're still having troubles ad marks might be good for you, plus they're cheap.
Hybrid marks are a bit of a niche. You can go them, I go them just because I haven't changed my rune page heh. But they help with backstab now that there's a new ratio on backstab.
I took out Magic pen, as they aren't very good anymore since shaco's only magic damage ability is Boxes. Hybrid pen is much better. If you currently don't have hybrid pen, then I suggest AD.
Seals - Armor
Always armor. Never hp, well maybe sometimes. If you're vs a lot of ap top lanners then sure, make a runepage for vs them, but I rather just take armor since all champs can poke you down easily.
Glyphs - Ap, flat cdr or Mr
Ap when enemy top lanner and jungler are ad.
cdr when enemy is full ad (grab 1 cdr quint)
mr when lanning vs an ap top or ap jungler.
Quints - Attack speed (1cdr quint sometimes)
Attackspeed helps a lot with the new backstab. It helps a lot in csing on turret which you will most definitely get pushed to. Attackspeed on top lanners is super good, regards to Quaslol for showing me that(he goes attackspeed runes on a lot of champions)
I get 1 cdr quint so I have 10% cdr when I go cdr Glyphs.

For Masteries-
I've been enjoying a Thunderlord's decree build.
First off Ferocity tree.
Sorcery for the extra damage from abilities.
Feast for the extra hp regen since you'll be harassed most of the time in lane.
Natural Talent for the slight damage buff in the early game.
Double edge sword for the extra damage during the game.
In the Cunning tree, I take
Savagery for csing, if you're confident in csing, wanderer is fine too
Assassin since I usually get corruption potion first
Merciless for the extra damage since my E is now used as an execution
If you really need the mana regen you can also run Mediation.
Dangerous game for the clutch plays
Bandit is also viable.
Since Shaco has a lot of hybrid damage Hybrid pen is decent in Precision, but since it was nerfed Intelligence is more viable. I was going Intelligence almost every game, but since Shaco's Q damage got moved to his passive, Precision is arguably as good.
And Thunder lord's decree. The extra burst you can helps a lot, with an easy way to activate it in the early game with hextech revolver and shiv.

Next, Skill order, Post Rework
Shaco's skill leveling is very dependent on your current situation. The two things about skill leveling that will always be the same is that you should get 3 points in Deceive(Q) by level 8 (Q lvl 2, 5 and 8) and to never level your ult after 1 point. This is due to the inefficiency of the ability. It is very uncommon that you will make use of the damage as often as it's up, so there's no need to level it past 1 point. 3 points in Q puts Q back at it's base prerework stealth length, and drops the cd of it by about 2. It has no damage on it anymore so leveling it is unreliable damage, meaning you are just using it as an escape.
Box(W) max can be done when you're sitting in lane and not leaving. If you are planning on being more of a team player, then you can max Two-Shiv poison(E) as it will give you some reliable poke during the mid game and helps to execute kills.
Most lanners you will be facing in the top lane will have some sort of sustain, rather it be in abilities like Gragas passive or items such as ravenous hydra on ad top lanners, maxing E isn't very efficient. With every level the mana cost goes up with only a small bit of damage being added.

I've stopped doing an early camp as early camps are incredibly important to junglers currently. With the swap, I've started running doran's ring which gives early game regen. This regen allows me to place boxes in lane for early lane pushes or early kills on my opponent. I would suggest putting one box in the middle of the lane, one in the brush, and one near the top of the wall from river on the enemy's side, all before minions spawn. An early push can help you get lvl 2 faster.
