Hello, I'm Luragonrae and this is my first guide. Im not super great but i decided to throw a guide out for jungle Poppy because there isnt a good one for Season 3 yet. I cant stress enough that this isnt for high elo play. Im not great and i use this to crush people quite constantly in normals. Im sure that someone could wreck high elo with jungle poppy but i dont know. Off to the guide.

Like i said im not super great so i cant offer great advice about runes, but this rune page has never failed me. I jungle just about every AD jungler and this seems to be the most versatile Jungle rune page out there.

The main reason Poppy didnt shine in season 2 jungle is because (1) she has low damage early level and (2) Season 2 jungle focused mostly on AOE damage. Now in season 3 they have encouraged single target and burst junglers with higher better items and tankier creeps. So since Poppy's damage is pretty weak i focus mostly on the offensive tree giving her as much damage as possible. Than i throw the last 9 points in defensive for some extra health and creep defense.

This is the tricky part. Since your the jungler, your pretty much the second, or only,support. Your prime focus isnt going to be killing creeps in jungle or killing people in ganks. Your main focus is to assist your team by (1) tailoring your build to help your team, (2) Giving top the extra experience of solo laning while giving the security/damage of ganks, and (3) Killing Dragon and Baron and giving buffs to the your ADC and your AP Carry/Top Lane. The items are pretty well explained so thats all i got.

This is pretty much how you should build Poppy anyways. 'Nuff Said.

I always take Smite and Flash in jungle. Period. But you could also use Exhaust, Ghost, or even Ignite instead of flash. Never jungle without Smite. EVER.
