GP outdamages you hard, even at early game, his poke is just annoying to lane against. Go scaling runes and conq/elec depending on their team comp.
Ivern
Ivern is pretty self explanatory. His shields are insane and his shield procs your passive.

Champion Build Guide
This isn't really a fully detailed Guide, but i hope i can help you somehow with some things.
-Strong Late game
-Very speedy and hard to kill
-If fed, she can do surpisingly big ammount of damage
-Still useful when behind
-Good map pressure
-One good ult can win a teamfight!
Cons:
-Struggles against many Assassins
-Harder to play than in Jungle
-Easily punishable if a bad trade is made
-Not that much effective when behind
Main Runes:
Precision
Conqueror
Conqueror is very fun on Lillia. You can do some pog outplays with it. The healing and bonus Ap is very nice as well. With this rune, you can eliminate high HP targets more effectively than with Electrocute or Dark Harvest. Combine it with Liandry's Torment/ Demonic Embrace and you are an absolute tank/bruiser buster. (It also applies to champions that build HP, like Akali or Sylas)
This subrune allows you to waste more mana during a fight, if you get a takedown, you get 15% of your mana back. It also increases your mana regen. Very good during fights where you use a lot of spells, you kill someone, and thenyou get some of your mana back.
Since you won't be buying Mercury's Treads, you have no Tenacity. But this rune allows you to have some kind of Tenacity. Very helpful.
Last Stand allows you to make really cool outplays, connect it with Conqueror and other subrunes, and you have a very good outplay potential.
If enemy team is squishy, Coup de Grace can make your life easier in taking them down. Pretty good if you ask me.
Overall, Conqueror rune page is a page that you're going when you are against enemies with a lot of HP, bruisers or tanks. It also allows you to survive more, and deal more damage. Momentarily, it's the best rune on Lillia in my opinion.
Domination
Electrocute/ Dark Harvest
Electrocute is a very powerful rune for laning that allows you to quick trade more effectively. It also scales pretty well into late game.
Dark Harvest is by most people the best Rune on Lillia, you get more damage by stacking up the stacks one by one. The reason why people play this the most is, that it's pretty easy to proc it on Lillia, and it's pretty powerful as well. High risk, high reward of course.
Simple but effective. Bonus lane sustain is always nice.
Eyeball Collection increases your snowball potential, if you get a kill, you will get bonus ap.
This hunter allows you to stack Ultimate Ability CDR, which is surprisingly good on Lillia. #BringBackRavenous sadge
Electrocute is very good for early trading, since you can proc your Electro with only one ability and Auto Attack. (For example, Q, Auto and passive, which procs itself. Another good example is E, Auto + passive.)
On the other hand, Dark Harvest has overall better damage, less trade potential. I would recommend going Dark Harvest instead of Electrocute in this patch.
Secondary runes:
Resolve
Conditioning is a scaling Armor/Magic Resistance subrune, that allows you to have more resources (Armor/MR) after 12 minutes.
Bone Plating allows you to trade with an enemy, and negate their damage for a bit. Every 3 Attacks or Abilities applied on you will do less damage.
If you need more lane sustain because enemy is a poker (Viktor, Lux, Orianna, etc), then you can take this subrune.
Revitalize increases your healing and sheilding by 5% if you're below 40%hp.
Unflinching helps you with CC problems. If enemy team has A LOT of CC, then you can go for this subrune, the lower hp you have, the bigger the CC resistance is. It also includes Slow resistance, which can come handy in most situations.
Overgrowth allows you to stack more hp when farming. I would recommend going this most of the time, because you want to go Demonic Embrace, which scales with bonus hp.
Inspiraton
Biscuits Allow you to make trades more often, since Lillia is quite mana hungry on lane without Lost Chapter.
Time Warp Tonic was broken, then they pretty much gutted it, that's why we want Resolve instead of Inpiration for more survivability, but you can still go Inpiration, but it won't be as much effective as earlier. They changed the ammount of healing you get from 50% to 30%, and Movement Speed from 7% to 4%.
Sorcery
This rune is amazing in terms of damage in late game. Overall amazing scaling subrune.
Celerity helps you increase your Movement Speed.
Into matchups like these, you want to farm much as possible, and look out for early skirmishes.
Into better matchups like Malzahar, you can kill them pretty early (before level 6).
+ AA combo. This means that skirmishes and contests will be easier. You still want to farm though, which is logical, but still, try to farm much as you can.
I will try to constantly update my Guide once i will get more information about matchups, itemization, runetization, etc.
